The semi-detached house has been renovated very elaborately and modernly and has 2 bedrooms with polished plank floor, a bathroom with underfloor heating in Italian design as well as a kitchen-living room with fireplace. The lake can be reached on foot within 3 minutes via the 1,000 sqm property with climbing frame and slide. A guest house (tiny house on the lake) is also on the property and can be booked via this platform, so a vacation is feasible in large groups.

The over 1,300 m2 large garden offers enough space to romp and play and on our 2 terraces you can enjoy the sunshine hours undisturbed. With the Gartow Lake in front of the door, the Wendland Therme, the water and adventure playground, as well as the mini golf course and tennis courts within walking distance, young and old can switch off and take a break from everyday life.

Our cozy farmhouse is located in Zeetze, a picturesque place in the district of Lüneburg in the Elbtalaue. Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house has a direct view and access to the lake. Rest and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with growing raw materials.

Lake Gartow invites you to swim, go boating, sailing, surfing or fishing. Furthermore, there is a water playground, the Wendlandtherme, tennis court, football pitch and a minigolf course also nearby. The long, flat plains of the climatic health resort of Gartow invite you to cycle.
