Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Arezzo

The villa was magnificent! It was so atmospheric and charming, breakfast from Carla were so good, it was a really pleasant stay. The room was also really comfortable, with history and a lot of cute details. And also this location .. can’t describe in words how beautiful it was

We had a great stay at Sylvia’s place. Location is excellent, walkable to everywhere and peaceful despite being close to a lively area. It was super clean, simply furnished but very comfortable and we loved having access to the terrace. Sylvia is a fabulous host- she was very friendly and helpful, especially spending time helping us work out the best way to travel to Pisa airport on the day of a national strike! It was nice to also have basics for breakfast - tea coffee milk juice toasts and jam, etc. I’d thoroughly recommend Sylvia’s place and would stay here again.

Uno de los mejores alojamientos en que hemos estado. El edificio en un antiguo torreón medieval con jardín con vistas al lago, totalmente reformado y muy cómodo en el interior. La habitación bonita y muy limpia, todo perfecto y muy profesional. Lo mejor de todo, el trato de Mónica, siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto, nos recogió en la estación, nos dio recomendaciones sobre el pueblo y a la salida nos permitió dejar las maletas hasta la hora de nuestro tren. Los desayunos fantásticos, se adaptó a mis necesidades de comida sin gluten. Muchas gracias por todo, si volvemos a la zona nos alojaremos aquí otra vez sin duda!

Roberto, es un anfitrión 10!! Una pasada, nos hizo rutas, nos recomendó restaurantes, es como contratar el viaje completo, no sólo el alojamiento. Cada detalle cuidado, la casa increíble, acogedora, familiar, limpia, es un hogar, te sientes como en casa en todo momento. No existen palabras para agradecer todo lo que ha hecho. La ubicación es excelente para recorrer toda la Toscana. Volveremos y lo recomendamos sin duda! Gracias, un trocito de nuestro corazón se ha quedado en esa casa 🫶

Steven’s Place is in a beautiful location and had all the listed amenities. They also arranged for a vegetarian dinner for us, that was really delicious. Special mention to the staff who was very attentive and thoughtful. The only callout would be to kindly share the price for the dinner beforehand, which we felt was at the higher end at €37 per person. Rest everything was good.

Benedetta and her husband were truly wonderful hosts — kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Their proactive communication and genuine hospitality made everything feel effortless and so much fun. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. We can’t wait to visit them again on our next trip!

Un très joli séjour chez Andrea et Sylvie. Merci pour les petits moments passés ensemble autour du café et à écouter de la musique. Je me suis sentie à la maison à Florence, ça donne envie de revenir !

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo B&B per due notti. Il posto è magnifico con una vista spettacolare su Perugia e le colline circostanti. Lamberto e Francesca sono gentilissimi e molto simpatici, ci hanno deliziati con una colazione ricca e curata, con una vista pazzesca. La casa è magnifica e la nostra camera era pulitissima e molto carina. È stato un bellissimo soggiorno e se ritorneremo in zona pernotteremo di nuovo qui. Un grazie di cuore a Lamberto e Francesca per averci ospitati nella loro casa, non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

L’établissement est reculé & loin de tout à pied. Vous devez avoir un véhicule .Cependant la vue et l’intérieur des murs en valent le déplacement ! C’est magnifique . La chambre était superbe, le seul bémol est qu’il fallait sortir la nuit dans un corridor pour la toilette. Il y a deux beaux grands salons, foyer, bibliothèque, cuisine avec frigo partagé. Une cour intérieure joliement décorée . Je n’ai pas aimé mon arrivé , seulement après 15:00 prcq la réception est fermée et qu’il n’y a personne. On voulait profiter de la vue et la piscine(pas possible). Le lendemain à 10am on devait déjà être partis on nous l’a repeté 3 fois, c’était comprit la 1 ere fois ! C’est tôt , pour avoir le temps de prendre une douche et déjeuner . Cela nous a beaucoup déplu ! Le piscine bien qu’elle soit ecolo est plus comme un étang où nager avec les grenouille peut être possible. Faites attention après 18:30 si vous avez un problème ,plus personne ne répond ! (Serviettes en location à 5 euro. )

Un luogo perfetto sia per relax di coppia che divertimento di famiglia. Il silenzio di questo luogo é impagabile! I proprietari sono amichevoli, gentili ed ospitali.... é un po' come sentirsi a casa ! A presto e grazie tante 😊

I could not recommend Il Segreto more. We had a perfect stay—the room, the view, the food. Every detail is perfection and so thoughtful. The hospitality is incredible. The breakfast and dinner were the best of our entire trip. I’m so grateful I found this gem. Don’t hesitate and stay here. We will we back!!

This stay was beyond our dreams! The scenery was breathtaking and the care from the team was the best! They were always kind and helpful when needed. The room was lovely and the gardens where you can sit and relax were a great bonus! The pool was exquisite! Everything here was a 10/10! Highly recommend staying here!

Aurora and her parents are so nice and helpful. Since we didn’t travel by car, she even dropped us off at the bus station on her way to work. It was such a pleasant stay.

Such a gem in the heart of Florence! Modern amenities, easy communication and wonderful breakfast in the morning. Would highly recommend and hope to come back in the future

Viajero solitario por elección, encontré en este lugar el refugio perfecto. Si te preocupa llegar en transporte público, no hay razón para hacerlo: yo lo hice sin problema. Tras el autobús, hay senderos bien señalados; solo necesitas buena condición física, aunque el recorrido no es demasiado exigente. Este sitio es un verdadero sueño. Lo elegí para mis primeros días después del vuelo y fue ideal para combatir el jet lag. Me relajé en la piscina, leí entre sus jardines cuidados con esmero y, por la noche, disfruté del living room con un buen libro y una copa de vino. El desayuno es agradable, pero lo que realmente enamora es la vista. Si buscas privacidad, tranquilidad y un lugar para desconectarte de verdad, no lo dudes: este es el lugar.

Il soggiorno da Karen e Marco è stato fantastico! Un'oasi di pace immersa nel verde. La casa e il giardino sono bellissimi, curati in ogni dettaglio. I proprietari ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa! La camera è accogliente, adatta ad una coppia con un bambino piccolo. Speriamo di tornare in estate per poter sfruttare la bellissima piscina!

Wir haben uns sofort wohl bei Elena und Davide gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist total sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die beiden sind sehr herzliche Menschen und sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Unser Highlight war der private Pasta Kurs bei Elena mit anschließender Verkostung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft allen wärmsten empfehlen, die einen ruhigen, authentischen italienischen Aufenthalt suchen. Bis zum nächsten Mal, Lucie & Dan

Eccellente a dir poco! Daniela e suo marito sono delle persone eccezionali, sembra proprio di stare a casa! La colazione preparata da Daniela vale il viaggio, specialmente le sue torte! Per non parlare dell'ospitalità per la bambina, siamo ripartiti da poco e già vuole tornare a casa di Daniela! Ci siamo trovati per capodanno e ci hanno anche offerto un buon vino per brindare tutti insieme davanti ad un camino incantevole! Che dire, forse unico! Mi auguro di tornarci presto!

Traveling alone, I found myself less confident and reclusive in my first 2 weeks in Italy. Upon reading reviews, I had a feeling Suzi would snap me out of it. And she DID!! She was so welcoming, made me a delicious dinner the first night, and made me a part of her family for the week. I was even invited to her milestone birthday party with all her lovely friends, and then another joint birthday family dinner at home. She gave me a bunch of awesome recommendations, always asked if I needed anything, and calmed me down when I called her in despair, being lost in a field somewhere, lol! The room was huge and cozy, the shower sooo nice! (I was in the room off the kitchen) Suzi is very intelligent and we had some interesting conversations. Her two dogs Tyra and Gigi stole my heart immediately. I will be back, maybe as a work away! I will never forget your kindness and the remarkable woman you are <3

Gabrielle’s bnb was fantastic! Beautifully located in the Chianti country side, you are super close to incredible vineyards, restaurants, etc. The views are stunning, the pool is perfect, breakfast was great every day, and the entire property just feels dreamy. If we came back to this region I would gladly stay again.

Cara Maria, Grazie mille! We had a wonderful time. Maria is so very kind and her Tuscan home is a dream. If you’re looking for a place to wind down and relax - this is it. It’s also very well situated. Just a few kilometres from Castiglion Fiorentino (excellent food) and Cortona (stunning views). We also took the train from Castiglion Fiorentino to Firenze and spent a whole day there. You do need a car though. Generally just a really good vacation that we can absolutely recommend. Leaving made us really sad. We look very much forward to visiting again.

Gaia and Nicolo were so kind and gave us a very warm welcome. We really enjoyed their delicious dinner and relaxing in their beautiful quiet garden with a stunning view over the Tuscany landscape. The room and bathroom were impeccable. We definitely recommend to stay there!

Esperienza ottima. La stanza veramente graziosa, fornita di tutto il necessario e soprattutto... pulitissima. Rosy è stata un host eccezionale e ha fornito indicazioni precise sulle regole della casa e sulla sua posizione. La struttura è appena fuori dal centro storico di Arezzo ed in posizione strategica per visitare Firenze e Siena. super consigliata.
