Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

The maisonette is near the center of St Germain en laye and the Lycée International. Ideal for finding calm after a visit to Paris or Versailles. It is an independent room (about 20 sqm), surrounded by greenery with a small private terrace, kitchenette, bathroom with walk-in shower, free parking, high-performance WiFi, well-kept decor, breakfast for stays up to 2 days included in the price; for reservations starting from 3 days, breakfast is possible as an option.

Paris is accessible by train in 35 minutes (with a train station just a 2-minute walk away), offering convenient and quick access to Parisian cultural life. And breakfast is on us!
