Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Argostolion

My family and I loved our stay at Marios villa Aris. The house was extremely clean, and the modern design is something very unique to the island. It had everything we needed and more, including a beautiful pool that was excellent for late nights swims, and a backyard outdoor cooking area with a charcoal pit. Truly one of a kind and a wonderful place to stay! 10/10.

Anna’s villa is amazing. It’s modern and spacious, with top of the line appliances, high end finishes, and everything you’d expect from a luxury villa. The outdoor space is also fantastic, with a refreshing plunge pool, outdoor shower, pizza oven, and a covered gathering space that’s perfect for outdoor meals or drinks. But what really makes the place special is the spectacular location - perched high above Assos with amazing views of the mountains and sea. Our group of four fell in love with this place, and we would come back in a heartbeat.

Anna is clearly an experienced traveller and/or host because the villa is very well equipped in the kitchen and outdoors. Towels are provided and fresh bedding is provided mid week. The pool is a nice size and the property is clean and private. The area is very hilly but easily accessible to the nearest beach, restaurants and bakeries. 15/20 minutes from the airport and a 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket (a large Lidl is 10/15 minutes away). Would recommend.

We had a great time here! This is Konstantinos’ family house, so felt much more authentic than most of the industrial tourism apartments that you get on Airbnb these days. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and the view was spectacular. Konstantinos is destined to be a superhost for sure - he went to great lengths to give us recommendations, e.g. letting us know about a local festival taking place nearby. We ended up following his tips for most of our excursions. Plus whenever we had a question he got back to us in a matter of minutes. On top of that he was always friendly, positive and accommodating.

An absolute gem of a place. Emma and her mother made our stay simply perfect by providing everything we could have asked for and more. The spacious and comfy house was easy to find and super clean, offering every comfort needed. It offers a lot of privacy and quiet, along with incredible views of the surrounding sea and mountains (the visiting cats were a big plus!). It's location also makes it easy to get to one of the beautiful beaches or a great place to eat after only a short drive. We had an amazing time here and can't wait for a chance to return. Thank you for having us! =D

We had a wonderful stay at Stelio’s house. The house was immaculate. Clean and had everything you needed. It was a huge space and we felt right at home. Will definitely stay again

We have had the most amazing holiday staying at Villa Christina. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, had everything we needed and a great location with beautiful surroundings. Christina was very responsive, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Villa Christina. We are already talking about booking again for next year, we can’t wait to come back!

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat! Minden egyezik a leírtakkal, a képekkel! Kényelmes, szuper szállás, szívesen ajánlom mindenkinek! Melissani barlang sétatávolság, délután már nincs sorban állás. 3 perces sétán belül a reggeliző, hajóbérlás, Samiben a tavernak kocsival ugyanennyi idő. Tiszta vizű medence, nyugodt környezetű a tengerpart!

Konstantinos met us on arrival with his delightful family. They took time to explain everything and recommended good restaurants. They were warm, friendly and incredibly generous. We had a slight issue with internet on day 4 and he came straight away to sort it out (it was purely a result of my own silliness). The pool was perfect for our kids and the area was beautiful and private - but very convenient for Sami and the surrounding area. We also hired a boat from Hop on Greece and the beaches were beautiful and accessible with ease. We have returned home intent on returning. A wonderful host and lovely person - thank you.

Casa di Irene is great place where to spend an holiday in Kefalonia, I highly recommend it. The flat where we stayed was lovely : full equipped, super clean, very nice balcony with direct access to the garden and amazing view. Perfect location to reach the best beaches of the island. Relaxing atmosphere.

What a wonderful host! The house is very spacious, extremely clean and the host is the most accommodating. We had a great stay! It’s only a couple of streets away from the beach and everything is walkable! The house got cleaned every 4 days - amazing service! The bedsheets were white and ironed! Highly recommend!

Ubytovanie bolo nadherne, utulne a ciste. Dobre vybavenie kuchyne. Velka terasa s krasnym vyhladom na more. Poloha skvela, dobra dostupnost celeho ostrova. Domaci boli velmi priatelski a mili. Doniesli nam aj kolac na privitanie a zaujimali sa, ci je vsetko v poriadku. Odporucam

Le logement est t’es bien placé dans un cadre authentique entre l’Ouest et l’Est près de belles plages. Tout près de la plage de Myrthos pour admirer les couchers de soleil. La cuisine est bien équipée, le logement est fonctionnel. Nos hôtes étaient discrets et merci pour les attentions à l’arrivée : bouteilles d’eau et bières fraîches ainsi que que du yaourt grec et confitures locales extras. Je recommande ce logement sans hésitation. Nous avons eu la chance de profitez des chatons de la maison avec grand bonheur.

The villa is amazing! Lovely private pool, great garden with sun and shadow spots to sit. The apartment was fully equiped and clean. Angelina was really kind, responded quickly and helped us with tips for the area. Highly recommend this villa!!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in the Chloe villa and it didn’t disappoint! It’s such a beautiful location with an amazing sea view to watch the sunrise. The pool is directly below and the sea over the road which is perfect for early morning swims. Especially due to the changing temperatures in the water where salt meets fresh and there are warm spots and cold spots. It’s a short pebble beach so water shoes (or flippers in my daughter’s case) make getting in and out of the water much easier. Steve was a brilliant host! Nothing was too much trouble. Really responsive and because we had a late flight extended our checkout time until 6pm which meant we could enjoy a full last day. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including some starter items for your arrival, such as biscuits, jam, milk, butter… and wine! There is a coffee machine, toasty maker & everything else you may need (incl. washing machine and dishwasher) A 20 min coast walk straight to Sami!

Villa 4 has a stunning location with a superb sea view. The amenities of the 5star hotel are available , inclusive of a free shuttle service into Skala. We have been staying at villas in Europe for nearly 30 years and this one is up there with the best. One small point....since this was our first visit to Kefalonia , it would have beneficial to have a brochure on site outlining places to see , restaurants to visit , local amenities etc. Overall , I would thoroughly recommend this villa.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Rosa. The villa was very traditional in a quiet village. The view was absolutely spectacular and it was so nice to sit outside of a morning and evening and take it in. Host was very helpful and organised a taxi for us as our flight was very late and my husband wasn’t keen on driving in the dark. The taxi kosmas were great too and the next day helped us woth a car hire conwhi dropped off a car and allowed us to return it to the airport on the way back. This was perfect for us as our flight going out was very late so we needed a car for most of the day. Definitely recommend having a hire car as both his really walking distance and very hilly. The local tavernas in the town were great and all had wonderful food and very friendly. Our favourite I think was sea rock. We took a trip to Sami and hired a boat there which was a wonderful day out. The beaches were quiet due to the time of year which again was perfect if you’re looking for a quiet holiday.

Beautiful Villa! A group of us stayed here with 2 small children. The cleaner came twice during our 10 days, the fridge was stocked with some things when we arrived, beds made, everything clean & tidy. It was a lovely stay! Definitely need a car though, there is 2 restaurants within a 10 minutes walk, however one was always shut when we went to go. We ended up driving into the town every evening for dinner :)

Family of 4 with 2 teens. One of the best Airbnbs we have had, and we have had some great ones. The house is very charming, traditionally furnished, spotless and everything works. Fresh fruit, local honey and oil (+ tea, coffee, v well equipped kitchen). Beautiful outside space, pristine pool, great views. Easy roll down (need a car) to Argostolli. Good quality, reasonable Taverna very close. Sotiris is a great host. Came from town late in the eve to check us in. Came and cleaned the pool checked the garden. Friendly and and really good recommendations for day trips and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Costas’ place was excellent, and we loved our stay in Kefalonia. Though we hired a car, we stayed, for the most part, around the Air BnB for five nights, and had a great time. There is plenty locally: bars, cafes (Cleios is especially good), restaurants and, of course, the beach. (A car will help you get to the beach in 3 minutes, rather than having to take the reasonably tiring walk back up the hill, so we’d recommend that.) Costas and Christina were brilliant hosts: attentive, flexible, and generous. One morning, Costas even sent us, delivered, a selection of Greek pastries. We couldn’t recommend it, and Kefalonia, enough!

We had a great time staying at Leventis apartments! The house is clean, spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a kitchen that has everything you need! The iskand and pretty big and there is a lot to explore and Leventis is well placed on the island, close to Argostoli and the airport. Within a 10 min reach you find shops, restaurants and several great beaches. We are definately coming back!

Our Villa Irida experience of eight days was wonderful in all regards. It began with host communications that couldn't have been better. The responsiveness and friendliness of George (Γεώργιος ) and Fani (Φανή) was outstanding. Like others, we arrived to find a spotless accommodation. Our hosts provided some initial thoughtful supplies from the food market that were greatly appreciated, especially after a long day of travel. The views overlooking the Ionian Sea were mesmerizing at all hours of the day and night. It was magical. We found Agia Efimia, and Villa Irida to be the perfect location to visit all attractions on the island. Thank you Γεώργιος and Φανή!
