The most popular is certainly the hike to a beautiful glacial lake Krn, under the top of mountain Krn.

It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for the naturalistic and historical excursions that Val Saisera offers. One km from Valbruna are the accesses to the AlpeAdria cycle path.
