Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 3 children or max. 4 adults. The 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor is conveniently accessible via an elevator. The living room and bedroom have access to the balcony. The balcony is sunny and the view of the fantastic mountain panorama invites you to linger. From the house to the bus station it is only 200m and the bus takes you comfortably to the Weisshorn and Hörnli Express trains.

Spacious and charming 3-room apartment located on the 2nd floor of an old residential house without elevator which is centrally situated on the main road of Arosa. The apartment is only a few minutes’ walk away from the next bus stop and the ski lifts as well as the supermarkets in Arosa are easily reachable by bus.
