Approximately a 3-minute walk to the Obersee and the Untersee (a lake for swimming with a beautiful wooden bathing area). Everything is electronic, even the toilet. Parking on the premises may be available upon request. There is also a public parking lot and a parking garage nearby.

The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
