The great kitchen with its adjoining living and dining area forms the central element of the apartment. Each bedroom has a large double bed and a daybed. The two bedrooms each have their own newly renovated bathroom with a spacious rain shower, stone floors and underfloor heating. The balcony to the south side extends across the entire width of the apartment.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 3 children or max. 4 adults. The 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor is conveniently accessible via an elevator. The living room and bedroom have access to the balcony. The balcony is sunny and the view of the fantastic mountain panorama invites you to linger. From the house to the bus station it is only 200m and the bus takes you comfortably to the Weisshorn and Hörnli Express trains.
