Exklusives historisches Chalet "Stöckli" in Arosa
Das ausgesprochen charmante historische Chalet Stöckli war im 19. Jahrhundert ein Stall und wurde in den 40er Jahren zu einem Wohnhaus umgebaut. Eine lange Familientradition hinterliess ihre unübersehbaren Spuren. Trotz dieser langen Geschichte hat das Haus modernen Komfort mit TV/Internet. Ein Parkplatz in einem nahe gelegenen Parkhaus gehört dazu. Es gibt zwei schön ausgebaute Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und Badezimmern und eine zusätzliche Klappmatratze (160x200) für die Kinder auf Wunsch.

Unsere 3 Zimmer Wohnung im Appartement Haus Belmont überzeugt auf 80m2 mit genialem Schnitt und Ausstattung. Die tolle Küche mit Ihrem angegliederten Wohn- und Essbereich bildet das zentrale Element der Wohnung. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein grosses Doppelbett und ein Daybed. Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein eigenes neu renoviertes Badezimmer mit grosszügiger Regendusche, Steinböden und Fussbodenheizung. Der Balkon zur Südseite erstreckt sich auf die gesamte Breite der Wohnung.

Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. Stilvolle und ruhige wie auch sehr gemütliche Studiowohnung an zentrale Lage mit Aussicht. 4 min. zu Fuss zur Talstation und dem Dorfplatz im Zentrum. Die Wohnung liegt 1750m.ü. Meer Mit dem Zug über Chur (1h) sehr gut erreichbar (5min zu Fuß von Bahnhof). Ca. 3min zu Fuss zum Obersee und zum Untersee (Badesee mit schöner Holzbadi). Parkplatz im Haus evtl. auf Anfrage vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen öffentlichen Parkplatz und ein Parkhaus in der Nähe.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
