Two minutes from the sea on a private road in the seaside village of Pagham, this cosy retreat has all mod cons, no compromise on comfort or style here. Outside is a shingle yard complete with a fire pit, lounge chairs and a patio set, perfect for outdoor dining; a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Harbour Road Hut is ideal for one or two, for a few nights, a long weekend or blissful extended stay.

Set on our farm in a secluded spot overlooking the fields with own firepit and bbq. Enjoy Forest walks or 10 min drive to the beach, Cowes or Newport. Great mezzanine bedroom area upstairs with two single mattresses for extra guests if needed.

Watch the sunrise over the downland with the village of Godshill and its church spire in the foreground.Take a short walk to the wildlife pond and ancient woodland within the grounds or sit on the sheltered veranda and watch the ponies grazing in the paddock, whatever the weather inside with the wood burning stove alight looking out, the view is spectacular. Pygmy goats graze in the orchard.
