You will find peace and quiet in the countryside setting of our old renovated walls while being a 5-minute walk from the village (bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist, newsagent, optician, media library, 10-minute walk from the daily market in summer and 3 days a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) outside of this period, and 15 to 20 minutes from the beaches, port and restaurants. Optional: €20 for sheets and towels, cleaning at the end of the stay (€25 w.end). We'll be delighted to welcome you in a friendly atmosphere.

La Maison du Saunier - Quiet and heated pool

Sheltered from the wind of the coast, this charming house will welcome you to enjoy peaceful moments in the heart of the marshes of the Seudre. A true haven of peace or pleasures and relaxation will be at the rendezvous. The small port of Chatressac is a 5-minute walk away, where you can taste oysters, bursting mussels and gambas from Seudre. The beautiful beaches of the wild coast are a 15min drive away. The location of the accommodation is ideal for visiting the La Rochelle region in Royan.

Quiet, this charming 150m² family villa offers you a beautiful air-conditioned living space of 75m². It has 4 bedrooms with individual air conditioning, one of which is an extra one and another with a toilet and a vanity (cold water). The spacious bathroom consists of a shower with double washcloths and a bath. A south-facing terrace with 2 garden tables and barbecue will welcome you on 1500m² of land. The 10x4 pool is available and heated from May to September.

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions.
