Relax in this peaceful cottage of 50 sqm. The cottage is located only 1 mile outside Arvika. Forest and swimming opportunities are just a few meters away. It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed. There's also a sofa bed available. A kitchen with two stoves, a microwave and a fridge with a freezer compartment. One bathroom with shover. Duvet and pillow are available to borrow. An air heat pump is available for both heating and cooling as well as a fireplace.

The house has a large porch and nice plot that extends around the house and into the Värmland forest. A short bike ride away you will find a grocery store, pizza place and gas station (about 3 km). Welcome to live in your own little cottage with a small place to sit outside in a secluded spot in our garden. (We sometimes walk past as the bicycle storage is next door.) The cottage is located on a quiet leafy street with a five minute walk to the center and train station. The cottage is cozy and well equipped but older as are the appliances and the water heater is a smaller model which is why we keep the price low. There is a sofa bed for two and a bedarmchair.
