The balcony is both under roof and outside and offers a hot tub that can be used for a small fee. Perfect sunny location with morning sun on the front and evening sun on the back by the terrace. In the nearby area, there are both lake and forest, playground, soccer and basketball court (balls are available to borrow) and walking distance to Arvika's finest beach with mini golf course, electric light track and canoe rental.

The apartment is on the second floor and is suitable for families with children, couples and friends on the road. All amenities are available such as Wi-Fi, laundry room, properly equipped kitchen and parking. In the master bedroom, there is a double bed. In the smaller bedroom there is a sofa bed and a foldable extra bed. There is a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. (Bedding is available to rent and cleaning can be purchased.)

Beautiful summerhouse in a fantastic setting.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is your place. The house is under new management and we had only five star reviews all of 2023 and 24. Our summerhouse/lodge is located 10 min bikeride to the beach by the lake. It comfortably fits five-six people, and is perfect for a family. Enjoy a morning coffee at the terrace/Hammock, walks in beautiful surroundings, and the cute little town of Klässbol that has a beach! I have a rowing boat that is free to use if it survived the winter.

We can have other families over to visit who can retreat. The views are phenomenal, no matter what the weather. The children can simply go out into the garden and play. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen has everything you need. The fireplace makes the evenings really "hygge."

Welcome to our home located in Charlottenberg city center, 100 meters to grocery store (Coop), Escape restaurant bar bowling casino. We describe the area as quiet and extremely useful. Both Charlottenberg's Shopping Centers with various shops are a 15-minute walk and 15 minutes by car to the large ski area Valfjället. Close to the city center and the forest, the home is more desirable for a pleasant vacation for family and friends.
