The apartment accommodates 3 people, and an additional bed can be added if needed. As it is in the old town, it doesn’t have a parking space on-site; however, we provide parking at Autosilo Al Lago/Migros. Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have. Spacious 4 1/2 room apartment with 98 square meters of space

Zentral gelegen, alles Wichtige innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Gute Anbindung an den Verkehr und ÖV mit naher Bus-Haltestelle, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Zu Fuss ist man in 10 Min. im Zentrum von Ascona. In den zusätzl. Gebühren sind die obligat. Kurtaxen enthalten. Momentan hat es bei der Einfahrt eine Baustelle, welche aber keinen Lärm verursacht. Leider sind keine PP auf dem Gelände vorhanden, jedoch kostenpflichtige öffentliche blaue Zonen in der Nähe.

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
