A mini-small studio that has everything you need to be happy in the smallest of spaces. If you want to spend your Ticino vacation independently and cheaply, this is the place. An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

Particolarmente indicato per coloro che necessitano di uno spazio per dormire e mangiare un boccone senza grosse necessità, per esempio dopo il lavoro o dopo un escursione. L’alloggio è in posizione tranquilla e centrale. Sulla strada vicina c’è la fermata del bus che porta ai principali negozi, al lago e alla città sul lago in pochi minuti ma anche per chi si muove a piedi tutto è a portata di mano.

Very nice and quietly located apartment with parking and small 'terrace'. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is very clean. The cool toys for the kids are worth mentioning :) Also decorated with love. Excursion tips are available. The hostess always responded very quickly and also introduced herself personally. Ascona lake promenade within walking distance. We will be happy to come back! Thank you!

Our stay at Erich's was simply wonderful and very relaxing. Erich is an all-around great host and has created an oasis here that is second to none. We felt comfortable from the beginning in his cozy, beautiful and lovingly furnished apartment. There was nothing missing; the kitchen is perfectly equipped and very generous. From the apartment and the terraces, you have a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. On the two seats and in the garden, there are various, cozy seating areas for reading, eating and dreaming. The house is surrounded by flowers, herb and vegetable gardens, which Erich has lovingly planted and maintains. In summary: A place to relax and enjoy in absolute peace. Thank you Erich for letting us be with you! Looking forward to seeing you again.

We had a wonderful time in Ascona! The place was just perfect – super clean, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location is ideal: quiet, but still close to the lake and right in the old town. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment. Victoria was very warm, helpful, flexible regarding checkout and always available. A big thank you - we will definitely be back!

A great accommodation, very centrally located (shops and restaurants are a few minutes' walk away). Very well-equipped kitchen with very delicious coffee. A very big plus is the parking lot, which is located directly at the house. Very clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, it is a bit noisy, so sleeping with the window open is not possible (however, a high-quality fan was provided). The hosts are very accommodating, a baby cot was provided on request and messages were responded to promptly.
