Weaver's Cottage

Weaver's Cottage is located in the peaceful garden setting of 15th C Cloth Hall. Smarden was once renowned as a weaving community. The cottage has been lovingly converted into a stunning retreat for four, offering a super king-size bed & 2 single footstool beds, a luxury spa bathroom and a large comfy sofa right in front of a wood burning stove. Guests also have access to heated outdoor swimming pool in the warmer half of the year and an optional hot tub year round for an additional hire fee.

There is a choice of colour scheme; pink or blue. Standard colour is pink but please message us in advance if you would prefer blue.

We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre organic vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
