The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Clean and functional accommodation, simple and efficient. Elisabeth is very responsive and allowed me to have a pleasant stay. The bed is very comfortable and smells like laundry. A night like at the hotel! Nothing to say Perfect Thanks again

The stay was great. The accommodation was very private & beautiful. Jessica was also very easy to reach & extremely helpful. Everything was there, from dishes to pots to bed linen & washing machine. Even washing powder, if you don't have allergies, you could have used it. A small booklet in the living area also had a few tips on activities & explanations about the house. Unfortunately, only in French, but quickly translated with modern technology. Simply take a photo and have it translated from your mobile phone. The park is not very far, with views over Paris & neighborhood is quite quiet. If you want to go to Paris, for example, to the Eiffel Tower, it takes almost an hour by bus & train. But the connection is good & cheap. For Germans, the loud heating when showering was rather unusual, because of the thin walls. But it didn't bother us. We felt very comfortable and are very satisfied.

This is my second time to come. It’s very convenient and easy to have my own space. The only thing is a little hot because no cold air conditioner.

Nice and quiet place close to Paris. The train Comunication is fast and often and the house was perfect for our family (parents + three kids).

Very nice accommodation, perfectly suitable for a group of 9 people. The installation was easy and we were even able to park the car without difficulty. Interaction with the host was smooth and enjoyable. Nothing to report, everything went very well!

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Well organized clean place to stay in a quite building.

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

The accommodation was very clean, well arranged and quiet, very relaxing. We stayed only one night, it was really perfect. And the jacuzzi is so relaxing, it's perfect for 2 people, with whirlpool games, light games it was really excellent thank you very much! The host is welcoming and ultra available with very quick answers (even if in itself no question was really necessary because everything is very well explained) Thank you very much!! This is a wonderful apartment in a lovely suburb of Paris. The commuter train is very close to the apartment, and is 2 stops from the metro. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a view of the Eiffel Tower. It is well stocked with everything you need. Janicka is an excellent host who communicates well and provides excellent advice, especially about public transportation. My husband, daughter and I loved our week in this charming town, the people are lovely, friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend the restaurant down the street Aux Vendages, friendly staff and fantastic food! The market on Wednesdays and Saturdays is amazing!! You will be very happy with this apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay at the accommodation! The apartment absolutely corresponds to the pictures, it has a cozy size and we were very happy about the existing coffee machine and the sandwich toaster:) The location is rather a bit outside, but in a totally beautiful and quiet neighborhood - the train station of the L line can be reached on foot in 5 min, so you can also quickly get to the center. The check-in/check-out was flexible and uncomplicated, Mongi always responded quickly and was very friendly. Thank you so much for the great experience!

Very comfy airbnb. Has everything you need. Only a 15 minute drive from the heart of Paris. Witnessed PSG win their first UCL which was amazing too. Overall very satisfied with the airbnb and the responsive hosts!

I highly recommend this place. It’s in a great neighbourhood, surrounded by some of the best restaurants and pubs. Also many parking places near by if you don’t want to park your car on the streets .

I think this room overall is very good.It is about a 15-minute walk from the C train station, and the living environment is quiet.Everything is provided in the room, and check in and check out is also very easy.Overall, this is a great value for money and highly recommended.
