Holiday rentals with breakfast in Assisi

Daiana’s place is clean and spacious and in a lovely location. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and Daiana was very responsive and helpful. And flexible with check out. The house could do with a few more basic items which Daiana provided when requested. We were attending an event at the nearby castle so it was as an ideal location. The pool however was still closed for the winter so worth checking in advance.

We had a 3 night's stay at Angela's place. We felt like home as soon as we arrived. It really is in a perfekt spot, out of the bedroom window a beautifull view but also very close to the city center. The hosts provied some welcome gifts and also some food for your first night there wich is very convenient. To get too the AirBnb can be quiet tricky but in my opinion it is not. Angela gave us clear instructions where to go and how to find and answerd quickly on our messages. We had a wonderfull stay there and would definitly recommend you Angela as an host for you stay in Perugia.

The home was located in a beautiful area of in Assisi. The house was comfortable and clean and free of clutter. Deborah and her husband were easy to contact and communicate with. They were very generous and offered us breakfast every morning. I highly recommend their place to stay. It was a lovely vacation.

Eda's house is very comfortable: the 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and dressing room and access to a small patio-lounge are a must, the kitchen is also very functional and the fridge was stocked (drinks, yogurt, and what we wanted for breakfast). Eda is very welcoming and has responded effectively to all our requests. We highly recommend his apartment.

We stayed three nights in Francesko's house. The house is as described and is equipped with everything you need, the windows are equipped with mosquito nets. We had a great time, the house is in a quiet location and a plus is definitely the swimming pool available to guests. Francesko was a very present and caring guest. Definitely recommended

Our family of 4 stayed here one night. The uber driver found the location easily, and entry instructions were clear. The owner let us enter the apartment prior to it being cleaned so that we could drop off our bags and explore - so appreciated!! The location is right in the heart of the old city, so the streets are narrow and cobbled and the upstairs window faces the side of a church. It is very easy to walk into town - to the square, and all of the outdoor restaurants, and historic sights. The views from the walk are wide and amazing. The house itself was spacious! The kitchen came with various ways to make coffee or tea, also snacks for breakfast, water, and juice. There are two bathrooms - 1 shower. The beds were comfortable and private. We wish we could have stayed longer - Perugia was growing on us.

Beautiful house with two bedrooms and a large living room. Perfect location for visiting Assisi. Extremely helpful and friendly host. I hope to go back. Absolutely recommended.

accommodation at the foot of Perugia, absolutely convenient and with all the advantages of being outside the city. The accommodation has a perfect garden for dogs, well fenced and that guarantees relaxation for guests also due to the presence of the grill. the house is a wonderful cottage with all the necessary comforts (air conditioning, TV, wifi, etc.). a round of applause for the impeccable cleanliness. Our goal was to find a cozy home for our two dogs (Huskies) where we could relax in the evening without having to go out, and we found great support in Michela's home. She is also very helpful and generous. If we return to Umbria, we will definitely consider coming back here.

So good place to relax in quite and beautiful place. Location and views are amazing. You can reach nice place by car pretty easy. Hosts are very hospital and friendly.

Such a wonderful stay at Silvias beautiful property. We stayed for two weeks and it was the best holiday we’ve ever had! The perfect base from which to explore Umbria while also being a great place for rest and relaxation around the pool. The views are incredible. Silvia and her partner Simone are happy to help with anything you need and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a second home for your stay in Umbria.

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Wonderful apartment to stay at, location is perfect as it is close to the historic center but removed enough that it’s quiet. Easy to get to, we came via train and getting from the station with the minimetro to the apartment was quick and easy. The apartment itself is stunning, very roomy and the views are incredible. Everything looked just like the description. Mauro was very kind and attentive and helped with bags up the stairs. The snack bar and bottle of prosecco was a nice touch that was greatly appreciated and enjoyed. Would absolutely stay again and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in Perugia.

Great stay in this apartment about a 20-25 minute walk from downtown. Silvia is a very nice and friendly host immediately tries to put you at ease and is very helpful in providing you with help if you miss something in the house. The back garden is nice, which can be used freely; great parking included in the reservation exactly in front of the property. Recommended

Spello is a beautiful place to stay, with lots of great food options and Walter's unit is in a great position to enjoy everything Spello has to offer. The recommendations within Walter's guide are great to follow as well. We ate at the majority of restaurants recommended and enjoyed all of them. Assisi, Perugia and Gubbio are great day trips as well. Walter and Sonora are great communicators and were quick to respond when we needed anything. Would stay here again. The unit we stayed in had plenty of space and was everything we needed for a week at Spello.

We loved this apartment, was perfect for 4 ppl as each room had private bathroom, there is a lot of space in common places, like kitchen. We felt like at home, there was everything what we needed. Terrace is just amazing and the view is breathtaking! Truly great place to stay in Perugia! Many thanks!

One of the best homes we've been to. The building in an old medieval tower with garden overlooking the lake, totally renovated and very comfortable inside. The room is beautiful and very clean, everything was perfect and very professional. Best of all, Monica's treatment, always attentive that we were at ease, picked us up at the station, gave us recommendations about the village and at the exit allowed us to leave our bags until the time of our train. Fantastic breakfasts, adapted to my gluten-free food needs. Thank you very much for everything, if we go back to the area we will stay here again definitely!

The stay was pleasant, the breakfast was plentiful with farm products. Very quiet location in the middle of the countryside. We stayed 5 nights and served as a base to visit the Umbrian valley. Great solution for our family consisting of 3 adults, we had a room with 2 communicating rooms and 2 bathrooms.

The place is just as described. The host were really friendly and welcoming! The views are just beautiful
