Costruita in epoca medioevale sui resti delle gradinate dell'Anfiteatro Romano, la casa offre all'interno piccole porzioni di mura romane a vista. Dalle camere, al piano superiore, si gode di un suggestivo panorama dominato dalla Rocca Minore e da ciò che resta dello stesso Anfiteatro. Casolare immerso nella natura

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

Casetta del Mastro is located in the heart of the historical center of Assisi, a few steps away from the Cathedral of San Rufino and a few meters away from the Rocca Maggiore. Close to bars, restaurants, groceries and shops. Equipped with every comfort. It is easily reachable on foot from the Matteotti pay parking. Possibility of free parking at about 200 m. Also reachable by bus. Tourist tax is of € 2/3person per day to be paid upon arrival.
