Allen’s place was very spacious and clean. It is exactly as described. He responded right away when we had a question. We enjoyed our time here and the beach was an easy 2 min walk. He had beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys, which was a total plus for us!!! If we were to visit Palm Coast again, this is where we would stay!!!

My wife and I enjoyed it so much that it is highly likely we will stay longer next time! Loved it all! The European Village was so cute! Loved the weekend farmers market and all the kiosks! Saturday night music in the courtyard was awesome!

We fish tournaments and frequently stay in BNB’s. This was hands down the best one yet. The host contacted me once we arrived and walked me through everything on the phone so we knew where everything was. We had an issue with no hot water, I contacted her and she had it fixed before we returned to the house the next day. She was very flexible on the check in/out procedure which made things easy for us. The house was great and we had a cover to back the boat under so it stay dry without having to put cover on it. We will definitely use the place again. Highly recommend for anyone in the area.

My stay was amazing, you feel as though you are at a resort. The host was very friendly and welcoming. I was actually staying in the area for another week and would have loved to stay there for the upcoming week as well.

We spent a week here and can’t wait to return! We loved waking up and seeing all the bunnies from the balcony each morning! The kids loved the bunk room and the big bathtub! We had everything we needed and the property is just perfect for families! Everything was wonderful.

This is THE PLACE for families. Tons of families with kids we're staying at this condo association, so our children easily found playmates. There's food trucks that come on site during the day and a large field between the pool and the condo buildings where kids congregate after dinner to play games, watch movies, and play music. The pool, field, and playground are all viewable from the balcony. Easy boardwalk to the beach. The condo was perfect for a beach stay- large covered balcony, and master bed was very comfortable.

Condo was beautiful and Doina was very helpful and responsive!! We were in town for the Rockville festival and it was a very convenient location. We can’t wait to come back!!!!

We had such a great time here! It was a perfect walking distance from the beach and such a pretty house!

The home is beautiful and has everything you need. The pool is amazing. Check in and out was easy and Dena gave me great advice for where to play pickleball. The neighbors were super friendly too!

We had a wonderful stay at Sue’s place. It was super comfy and beautifully designed. Sue even stocked the kitchen with snacks & beer! You can easily walk to the beach and grab some pizza on your way back. We loved sitting on the screened in porch and listening to the rain. Definitely recommend & hope we can return soon.

Our stay for bike week was amazing. Great location to venture out in either direction for bike week events and locations. Clean and welcoming house with plenty of rooms.

What a gem! Perfectly positioned one block from the beach, this bungalow is just adorable. Fun decor, comfortable bed, more than enough room for my two teens and I to spread out. Shopping and dining are mere minutes away. The beach is a VERY short walk and beach itself is clean and beautiful. Martie was very accommodating and easy to work with. Five stars all the way! We’d love to come back!

We had an excellent stay at this home in Deland, Florida during our weekend trip to attend Welcome to Rockville at the Daytona Raceway. The location was peaceful, with plenty of space and amenities—perfect for a group of friends. The home was in great shape, with comfortable beds and a large, well-stocked kitchen that made meals easy. Everything matched the listing with no surprises. We didn’t need much host interaction, but access was seamless thanks to clear instructions and a helpful info booklet. When we notified the host about an extra guest, they responded quickly and appreciated the heads-up. Highly recommend this stay for groups looking for a quiet, comfortable base with easy access to Daytona.

Dariya's place was very peaceful, no disturbances what so ever, beautiful place place. Quite responses whenever i had questions. Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend.

Erin’s place was immaculate, featuring a fully equipped kitchen that made it feel just like home. She thought of everything, providing thoughtful extras that enhanced our stay and created a truly stress-free and enjoyable retreat. We appreciated the abundance of extra blankets and pillows, several beach towels, and pantry essentials like condiments, cooking oil, sugar, coffee, tea, and spices. Erin also supplied paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of cleaning products. We loved the use of cotton napkins to reduce waste and enjoyed the vibrant Fiesta dinnerware. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, the landscaping offered us privacy to fully enjoy the lanai and pool. Erin was responsive to all my questions, making our stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing getaway!

Barry was very responsive with any questions we had. He was very flexible with an early check-in which was greatly appreciated after flying all night to get there in the early morning hours. The condo was just as described and you can’t go wrong with the view.

Beautiful view of the beach and right next to the pool. We had a short stay but so glad we chose to stay here. Also highly recommend Commanders Outpost restaurant (3 minute drive down the street) for a great dinner

I loved Melissa’s place. It was a very nice condo. Big inside, pictures didn’t do justice. Plenty of room for 6 of us. My daughter loves the jacuzzi bath tub. Bathroom in the master bedroom was huge. Bed was very comfy. Key pad for entries, one code for all of the condo and different one for her door. Made it safe. Pool area was nice and clean. Beach as always was beautiful. I hope to come back soon. Spent lots of time on the balcony you can actually see ocean and river sitting there. 🏖️😊

Staying at this AirBnB is quickly becoming a yearly family tradition for us! The condo has everything we need as a family of 4, the private beach access is delightful, and St. Augustine never disappoints. The owner is very responsive and addresses any needs as soon as possible, doing everything he can to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend!
