The Rock Loft on the Historic Adelaida Wine Trail

Stoke a wood-burning stove tucked into a corner where a rock wall forms an entire side of the house. This rustic aesthetic is reflected in stained timber floors and a concrete kitchen island, as well as corrugated metal used as a building material. The 1 bederoom loft style home has just been fully remodeled. We opened up the space to create a truly unique experience. The back of the home is exposed to the 20 foot original rock retaining wall. Guest have access to the entire house plus, outside gathering area and a long paved driveway that is great for a stroll - you can even hike to the hilltop for a peak of the Paso Robles rolling hills. There are pastures in front of the house that is currently home to our Texas Longhorn Ladies and the new baby. They can be viewed from the drive way and may get close if you offer them a snack. We don't live on the property, but there is a caretaker located on the grounds that can be reached for emergencies. We are located only a few minutes away if you need anything else, please feel free to call or text. The Loft is on a 16-acre property at the start of the Adelaida Road Wine Trail. We have another larger vacation rental on the property, please inquire if you are interested in booking both homes or if you have any other questions. Bathroom has a full size shower, no bath. Kitchen includes a coffee maker, coffee, creamer, gas stove-top with oven, with a variety of pans, toaster, and microwave. Pellet stove for heat, no air condition but plenty of ceiling fans.

The Little House

This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. THE NOOK - walkable to downtown

The Nook is the full tiny home experience with modern features including a fireplace, full kitchen, and private yard. You can BBQ or cozy up to the fire pit and soak in the night sky. It's convenient to Highway 101, shopping, parks, Atascadero Lake Park/zoo, golf, hiking, historical downtown, a theater, breweries, wineries, and lots of great restaurants. The Nook is a short 20 minute drive from San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles wine country and breathtaking coastline including famous beach cities.
