My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The host was incredibly friendly, communicative, and good at English. He was always happy to help—whether it was giving recommendations for must-see places, the best restaurants, or the most beautiful beaches. Whenever I needed anything, I could always reach out to Raffaele, who went out of his way to assist. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure guests had a great experience. The apartment was described in detail and upon my arrival I found everything as described. The apartment has a beautiful terrace always cool that offers a beautiful view of the sea, the kitchenette is comfortable and equipped with everything you need to spend a smart vacation. The two bathrooms, one per floor, are comfortable, especially the one upstairs. The host was always kind, present and helpful, quick to give us solutions to our requests for nearby activities. Also, having multiple appointments, contacting him will be easy to find the most suitable one.

Great quiet beach location. Perfect for us. The bikes were helpful for getting to Grottammare and going on rides along the sea. Very easy bike ride. The beach is a couple block walk and so is a grocery store. Simone and Rita were so nice and the house had all we needed! My son and I had a great time. Thank you for leaving us coffee and milk to start our trip!

Five-star experience, excellent apartment all around. Close to the city center and the wonderful Molo Sud. Perfect also for mobile working with fast internet. Don’t forget to ask Gaetano for restaurant recommendations, you will be delighted.

Accommodation corresponding to the description, in a great location (convenient to the highway toll booth, near a supermarket and with a few bars a few steps away where you can have breakfast, free parking available in the street), equipped with everything you need! I found the price of the mandatory cleaning to be excessive, but I can say that it was very clean! Communication with the host was essential and effective! The apartment is generally quiet, equipped with shutters, mosquito nets and air conditioning that allows you to adequately cool the bedrooms! Overall, I am satisfied and would gladly return!

Roberto and Sandra were impeccable in everything! My nephew and I felt at home, sunny, empathetic and super helpful people, what can I say, really extraordinary! I highly recommend it, very nice place, very clean house and equipped with all comforts! They recommended places to visit, very good clubs and restaurants in the area! Very nice house equipped with all the comforts in an elegant setting with indoor parking, fantastic location, you simply need to cross the road to go to the beach or to reach the bike path and being located in the central Piazza S.Alfonso there are all kinds of activities and services in addition to the various events that are held in the aforementioned square, if you want you can not use the car for the entire stay. I highly recommend it also to families with children for the convenience and tranquility of the place. Mr. Michele, a nice and helpful person, provided us with all the explanations on arrival and remained available even during the stay. An experience to be repeated.

Had a great stay in this apartment. We had everything we needed. The washing machine was a god send as were the air conditioners. Lovely local hosts. A tiny negative was having to find parking on the street which was only difficult a couple of times. I would definitely recommend.

Delightful apartment with attention to detail that shows the obvious passion for beautiful things of those who manage it. There is also a large terrace that, having been there in winter, I could not use but which in summer will look like a large outdoor living room. The condominium context is elegant, modern and, above all, very quiet. Manlio was a sensational and super helpful host who immediately makes the guest feel at ease with his captivating and sincere smile. I'll definitely be back!

Alessandra was a great host, she met us at the apartment, showed us around and recommended a nearby restaurant (La Corte - very nearby, and excellent). She was very friendly and welcoming, and even offered some flexibility around checkin and checkout times. The apartment was lovely, comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. It was also very cool, no need to even use the air conditioning, very welcome after a hot few hours walking around. The location is central, walking distance from the main attractions, although there is plenty free parking if you need to drive. If we return to L'Aquila we would definitely stay here. Highly recommended.

Perfect holiday in a dream place! We stayed in this beautiful vacation home for 5 days and we couldn't have asked for more! The house is exactly as described (indeed, even more beautiful in person), very clean, with attention to the smallest details and equipped with every comfort. The location is fantastic, in the hills, with a beautiful view. The house is fresh and quiet, with a swimming pool, garden and indoor parking. A special thank you to Bronis and her husband Mauro, who were very kind and always available, and who welcomed us with great warmth and provided us with very useful advice for exploring the area. We immediately felt at home! Highly recommended!

Extremely positive experience. Serena was impeccable both in the phase before our stay, with timely and accurate information, and during the stay, making us feel at home in everything. We only stayed two days as the "queue" of a vacation in Puglia and we were able to appreciate all the comforts of the apartment and the facilities in the area: beach, pine forest, restaurants,... We spent a very pleasant week in Michele's apartment, equipped with everything you need. The outdoor space is also very pleasant and organized. Michele was always very helpful in recommending us and also in welcoming us! If we go back to the area, we know where to go! Highly recommended!

The apartment is beautifully situated in a big garden with great big pool. Cecilia is a fantastic host. She takes care of her guests and is always very reserved. The equipment of the apartment is perfect, the rooms large and very tastefully decorated. There were four of us and that was a great fit. The area is not only perfect for hiking but also for mountain and gravel bikers.

We were very satisfied with our stay, the proximity to the beach as well as the swimming pool in the residence is an asset. Complimenting the language barrier Lorenzo was very welcoming and it was made available, the point to correct is the noise of the air conditioner both inside and the group outside that disturbed us our sleep.
