Monthly Rentals in Au Train

Our girls’ weekend spent here was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals, and the accommodations were great. Beds for everyone and the cute, cabin vibes made for a peaceful and enjoyable weekend!

Perfect cabin for a couple. Amazing porch - shady with terrific view of the river. Bring binoculars and camera with zoom lens to capture the spectacular and varied wildlife - all from a comfy chair on the porch. Really enjoyed taking out kayak - going upstream and downstream. Au Train River is lovely and friendly to this low-experienced kayaker. Turtles, heron, geese, ducks abound. Also a pair of mature bald eagles, who were closely watching what appeared to be a fledgling. Awesome location, <5 minute by car to seemingly boundless Lake Superior beaches.

Jennifer and Chris were super friendly upon arrival. After we got settled, Jennifer gave a whole list of recommendations to go visit. So with her advice we set off and had quite the time in the area. We came back both nights exhausted and ready for a quite restful night. The accommodations were great! If your looking for a central location to some of what the U. P. has to offer with a nice friendly place to stay, you won't be disappointed! Greg and Lynn M.

Cabin and its location is perfect for relaxing and activities in around that area. Scenic views and response from host was also pretty fast. Everything we enjoyed except for WiFi network issues.
