The apartment is ideally located 50 meters from the beach which allowed us to take long walks by the water to Arcachon or to the dune of Pilat. Very good restaurants nearby. We were greeted by Louis, an extremely friendly and very responsive host. The accommodation is perfect for a couple, but can accommodate a family with 2 children. The exposure is ideal because it allows you to have 2 terraces, one of which is in the shade most of the time. Had a lovely stay!

You can book this with confidence. This is a great apartment in a quiet location at a reasonable distance from the heart of Bordeaux. The value for money is fine. The neighborhood is becoming trendy with a food hall nearby.

The accommodation matches the description of the listing and is very well located where everything is within walking distance. A little surprise from Mariannes was waiting for us in the refrigerator. The pool can be a plus even if the beaches are nearby.

We were greeted by our hostess on arrival. The location of the apartment already allowed us to move around easily. Then, our hosts are very friendly and endowed with an unnamed kindness. Finally, the apartment met our expectations with the terrace that goes with it. We can only be delighted with our stay at Sab & Sylvain.

Super easy to access accommodation! The premises were very clean, the linen too! No complaints The location is just perfect, you can do everything on foot and the tram is two minutes away if needed! Hello, my wife and I would like to thank Amélie for her services, professionalism and kindness. The accommodation is very well located, clean, air-conditioned (including the bedroom), large underground indigo parking, functional with a manual written by Amélie to consult upon arrival (useful). Beautiful house, very well decorated and very well equipped for a perfect stay: large space, 4 spacious bedrooms + 1 very beautiful outbuilding, kitchen with everything you need, very large living room with video projector, swimming pool, petanque, ping-pong table, darts… A very pleasant garden. All rooms are bright and well furnished. We had an amazing family stay! Thank you to Anthony and Laure for their warm welcome. We'll be back!!

What a wonderful stay here we had- very central and spacious apartment- had lots of fun at the bars and restaurants in town- all walkable and relaxed in between at our lovely accomodation- highly recommend...

Excellent week spent at the end of a dead end overlooking nature, facing the horses. Right next to the small terrace the two chickens offered their (delicious) eggs every morning. Wifi sometimes a little fair, but when you come especially to take a breath of fresh air, it's not necessarily a problem!;)

A large bright house fully corresponded to the photo and description, clean, equipped with everything necessary, air conditioning on each floor, which is pleasant in the heat. Sébastien gave an accurate recommendation on check-in and responded promptly to the possibility of earlier check-in

The accommodation is in very good condition, clean, within a vacation residence, whose staff are welcoming and available. Impeccable pool and restaurant. Although it is nice, the apartment does not exactly match the photos of the listing (colors, layout) and is on the ground floor with a shaded terrace. Attention to pet owners for whom a supplement of €60 will be requested, which is not explicitly indicated in the listing.

Everything was absolutely perfect, beyond our expectations! Patrick and Véronique (parents of Jean-Victor) do everything to make the stay enjoyable: small touches upon arrival, a warm welcome, good recommendations for addresses, and always very helpful. The apartment is superb, well maintained, very well equipped (a pleasure to cook on site), and the terrace is obviously amazing. The plus: all baby essentials (crib, baby bathtub, changing mat). We were there with our 4 month old baby and everything went smoothly. Thank you so much, we'll be back!

The accommodation has everything you need and, above all, an outstanding location with secure parking. We enjoyed our breakfast right on the beach and ended the days with a glass of wine - less than 100 meters away.

Staying at Jacqueline's was a new and special experience. The house is beautiful , functional and cozy, it has the flavor of things seen and lived, makes Jacqueline enter the world of Jacqueline who was very kind, she welcomed us by explaining everything practical and providing us with various material, addresses brochures, selections of her places of the heart. The terrace is beautiful, it has a terrace with flowers table umbrellas and enchanting natural light... At your disposal for breakfast, a kitchen equipped with every element, everything creates the feeling of being a citizen of Bordeaux for a few days. Thank you to Jacqueline for what she offers to those who are staying in her home. Ps. the apartment is on the third floor with an elevator already from the garage and only until August 31 to reach the city center you have to walk to the Pont de Pierre : it is not a problem , it is a nice walk on the view of Bordeaux !
