Private parking space. A relaxation area, in common with an adjoining gite ( but which becomes private when you use it) with infrared sauna, outdoor spa and sports equipment ( bicycle and rowing machine) is at your disposal.

Rustique mais confortable : - chauffage par poêle à bois - linge de lit et de toilette - douche, toilettes sèches - produits ménagers et de toilette biodégradables Vous accédez au parc boisé, aux équipements communs (barques, boulodrome, ...) et aux équipements partagés : piscine (chauffée en saison) et sauna (avec supplément). Animal de compagnie : 30€ Ménage optionnel : 40€.

This 55 m2 apartment with enclosed private garden is located in the city center of Auray in a small old building. It has a separate bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a boat bed in the living room. The kitchen is small but equipped. This apartment is designed for up to three people and can be booked for just one night and up to several weeks. A 10 percent discount is automatically applied from one week and 25 percent from one month.

Charming small family house built in natural materials in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan. Beaches and coastal trails are a 10-minute walk away. Very nice wooden terrace with small shaded garden. Atypical, this pretty nest will certainly delight you. We lived there happily... then we built a large adjoining house, with a wooden frame, in which we live. Everyone's privacy is naturally preserved.
