We loved staying here! The bed was incredibly comfortable, the place was clean, and the gardens were beautiful. The hosts were very kind and welcoming and ready to answer any questions we had. There is a whole foods within walking distance. Would stay here again and recommend it to others!

Our stay at the industrial chic studio apartment was everything we could have wanted in a beautiful historic district of Boulder. For a small space, it was so well designed that it felt very roomy for two people and two small well-behaved dogs. Extremely comfortable bed. Exceptionally clean, quiet and simply decorated. No clutter at all like you have in some Airbnb rentals. Conveniently located two blocks from Pearl St Mall. Walkable neighborhood with June flowers and shrubs in full bloom. We'd like to stay here again.

I’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s, Ben’s was by far the nicest and cleanest one I’ve ever stayed in. The space is pristinely clean, and very comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Will definitely stay here again when the occasion arises!

Stephanie’s place is filled with the greatest features from bathroom towel rack heater to electronic blinds. She’s got all the upgrades. Definitely worth the price you pay. She is amazing to communicate with. Extremely helpful and leaves you to your privacy.

It was a clean, cozy space. The location was close to the five points area with lots of shops and restaurants that we were able to walk to. Parking was on the street but was close by and always available. Mike was really friendly and responsive to our needs. I would recommend this for another couple who want a cute cozy place to stay in Denver.

Great apartment in a nice location of the baker neighborhood. Easy to find and really convenient off street parking too. Lauren was always responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Very private and safe neighborhood with street parking! It was beautiful, clean and there are little extras that you might’ve forgotten like ziploc bags and waters in the fridge! Thank you so much we will definitely stay again!

Cory’s place was great! It is very cozy, well equipped, modern and clean. The neighborhood is walkable and there is Sprouts within walking distance. Cory was very communicative and accommodating, gave us plenty of local recommendations, and was very attentive and flexible. Extra paw for being dog friendly! There is even a small fenced in yard which is very convenient when traveling with a pet. Overall, great place and host, highly recommended!

Shawn’s place is perfect for a weekend getaway in Denver. Tons to do nearby on Tennyson street. Easy to get around on the scooters or walk. The place was spotless and so cute and well put together. Bed was SO comfy, bathroom and kitchen are amazing as well. We would definitely come back for another stay.

We absolutely loved our stay — not only was the studio spotless, extremely cute, and cozy, the host was great too!! We fell in love with the area as we were close to the art district, with lots of great restaurants & even night life! Just wishing my own home looked like this one. I’ll definitely recommend this spot to friends & family in the future!!

We had a wonderful week with Bret's unit. It was clean and comfortable. I don't typically book pet properties, but this one is very clean! Bed was comfy, nice and updated unit. The outdoor space on the top was a plus at the end of long days of traveling around. We used this as home base and did day trips. It is in a up and coming neighborhood, very close to the stadium. Parking can be tricky, but we always found a space. Would stay again! Thanks for being a gracious host!

Everything was above and beyond! We arrived well after we were expecting due to flight delays but Keith made sure we were taken care of! The lights were left on and he even left some drinks and a welcome note for us. Everything felt brand new and was squeaky clean and any amenities we could dream of were included. The location was perfect- we took advantage of walks to Sloans Lake and several near by restaurants. Keith was nice enough to notice my son had a lacrosse shirt on and offered some lacrosse sticks for us to use when we didn’t have activities planned for that day. We were incredibly comfortable- everything from the beds to the shower and couch were great. My husband was shocked at how reasonable it was priced for what we got. If we ever make it out this way again, we will absolutely take advantage of this spot! My kiddo didn’t want to leave.

We love visiting Denver and Capitol Hill is always our favorite neighborhood but it’s hard to find an affordable Airbnb in the area. Sarah’s place was perfect. It was hip and had an amazing outdoor area to hang out. Would definitely love to stay again next time we visit!

We had a one night stay at Layce's guesthouse. We loved the space as it was neat and clean just as we expected it to be. The house had all the amenities we needed during our stay. Layce was a responsive host. Highly recommended!

We've stayed here many times and will stay again. It's in a great neighborhood that's safe, quiet, and has really interesting architecture. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. And there are lots of little details to appreciate - plenty of paper towels and bath towels, nice hangers in the closet, a Britta filled with water in the refrigerator, and even a clean sponge for wiping up in the kitchen. Thank you Kristin! We'll be back.

Kristi’s home was a perfect accommodation for a long weekend in the Denver area! The fresh, bright atmosphere with all necessary accommodations (including washer dryer and garage!) made for such an amazing landing space between adventures to see Michael Franti at Red Rocks and hiking and playing in the city.
