I've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this place was small super cozy and had the best kitchen utensils! That might seem strange to mention but it is so important to me. I love to cook for myself that's why I stay in Airbnbs. I think its a big deal! Wonderful little place. Super wonderful shower. A washer dryer combo so cool! I will be back and to stay again.

We loved this place. The space was clean and welcoming. Neighborhood is quite nice as well. Easily walkable to plenty of restaurants and entertainment. I would absolutely stay here again! Nothing but good things to say.

Would definitely stay again. This little carriage house apartment was just what we needed for a few days. It was well stocked and clean. Cheryl provided games and books and lots of brochures about the local area. It was very quiet. Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful place to call home for my visit. The location is amazing--very close to a busy area with lots to do (great coffee and beer!) but the home was private and quiet. It's also steps to the beautiful City Park. The place was even more spacious than I imagined and everything was clean and well set up. I had a great stay and would love to come back!

This home was very nice, cozy and peaceful. I loved that she had coffee and creamer. It was a life saver. Alicia was easy to talk to. Everything was clean. I loved that the kitchen was labeled it made it easy to find things. oh I can not forget. that king bed was so comfortable and cozy. I wanted to pack it with me.

Our stay was wonderful. The home was very clean and the beds were very comfy. Micheal was very welcoming and super flexible with us. We would highly recommend this spot for anyone traveling to the area. Very beautiful neighborhood and easy to access the major highways as well. Our stay here was very comfortable, roomy, and private. Similar listings are hard to come by within the same price range and other amenities. Location was actually perfect for us being in between red rock amphitheater and downtown Denver. Being underneath their main home was really quiet on the contrary to what you would imagine if you were living below someone in an apartment. Let alone the neighborhood they stay in which was just the same. They really did do an amazing job planning out the layout for guest to stay in, there’s pretty much everything you need and more.

Honestly was an amazing stay, they had everything and more. The fridge and pantry were even stocked with complimentary things to enjoy. They were extremely responsive and respectful, really made you feel at home. Nothing was confusing and the amenities were top tier. I would not only stay here again, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Denver.

Barbara and Paul's guest suite is even cozier and more spacious than the photos suggest! It's the perfect home base for exploring Rocky Mountain National Park and the charming nearby towns. The location is central, with easy access to great restaurants, cafés, and shopping. Barbara is an incredibly responsive and attentive host, always available to help with anything guests might need. And the friendly kitties on the property add a warm, welcoming touch—they’re excellent unofficial greeters! I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place, whether you're planning a quick getaway or a longer visit. It has everything you need to feel right at home.

Great quiet neighborhood but close to everything you need from supermarkets to scenic drives to national parks. Place was very clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Private entrance and space

We loved our stay at Chris’s and Gretchen’s place. The home itself is beautiful, inside and out! The place was super clean and comfortable, and the linens were crispy white. It has every amenity you need, including perforated wavy toilet paper (little touches like this are noticeable and appreciated:-) Gretchen was very attentive and checked in to see if we needed anything halfway through our stay and the best part, we didn’t need to do anything on checkout besides RELAX. We would most definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Denver.

My friend and I had an amazing girls trip! This was in a very cute and safe place/neighborhood. All instructions were given perfectly to get into the unit. Everything you need and more is here for you. The unit is very clean with plenty of room. The vibe is awesome! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend, Thank you ✌️🫶

Do NOT hesitate to book this air bnb! Great host, great space to use as your home base when in Denver. In addition, 5 min away is a hip little neighborhood with great restaurants with offerings for morning coffee to dinner. Space well cared for, immaculate, well thought out details and wonderful responsive host. Honestly, do not hesitate to book!

Great little place for my husband and I while going to a show at Fiddlers Green. Relaxing and fun outdoor space. The place had everything we needed for our 4 nights away. Not a lot to walk, but food delivery options were fast! If we come back to Denver, we would stay here again!

Jessica was so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The place was so beautifully appointed and well described. It was convenient to everything and in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Our family loved it!

This place was perfect for our stay. Some of the highlights for me were: The bed is so comfortable it’s hard to get out of. The pillows were perfect for the bed and also very comfortable. The shower is probably the largest shower we have ever used! It was awesome. The neighborhood was quiet and sitting in the backyard was so peaceful! ☺️

This was a wonderful place to stay! Kitchen was well stocked, and we loved the box of tea in the cabinet. The couch was super comfy. The bed was suprisingly comfortable! I would love to know what kind of mattress it was. Super clean, lot's of space, it was lovely. We will definitely look to stay here again, and highly recommend it!
