We are in via salette where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house by the sea. The house is 90 sqm with large outdoor space and garden and consists of: large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one outside. There are also sun loungers and umbrellas to fully enjoy the sea in Sperlonga.
