Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Avola

Wir haben uns in Charlies Ferienhaus von Anfang an super wohl gefühlt. Es war alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und es fehlte an nichts. Besonders genossen haben wir gemütliche Frühstücke und Abendessen auf den beiden Terrassen oder den ersten Kaffee des Tages auf der Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Mein Lieblingsplatz war die Hängematte - ebenfalls mit Meerblick - auf der man wunderbar relaxen konnte. Das Ferienhaus ist auch ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge. Wir fanden es z.B. im/am "La Spiaggia della Riserva Foce dell'Irminio" super schön, das ist mit dem Auto nur ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Der persönliche Kontakt mit Charlie war sehr nett und ungezwungen. Er ist ein aufmerksamer, aber trotzdem total unaufdringlicher Gastgeber, der jede Menge Tipps für Restaurants, Ausflüge etc. hat. Und wir haben auch mal frische Eier von den Hühnern bekommen. Wir würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen! Vielen Dank, Charlie, dass wir deine Gäste sein durften :-)

Couldn’t have been better. Easy communication, super warm welcome, awesome property that has everything you need and more. We felt immediately at home and even days of thunderstorm and rain were pleasant in this house. Valerio and his family have always been there for us and took care of everything super fast. The property looks in real life even better than on the pictures.

Die Wohnung hat uns auf Anhieb sehr gefallen. Sie ist groß und bietet auf 2 Stockwerken viel Platz. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer jeweils mit Dusche, WC und Bidet. Ein Luxus! Auch die obere Terrasse ist groß, mit Ausblick auf das Meer, das in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen ist. In der Nähe befinden sich Lokale, Cafés und das beste Eisgeschäft Siziliens, Don Peppinu :) Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war angenehm und unkompliziert. Ich kann die Unterkunft wirklich sehr weiterempfehlen.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

We loved the apartment and very much enjoyed our return to Siracusa/Ortigia after a number of years when not possible. Perfect location, near to the Market and sea front, wonderful restaurants and historical sites. Comfortable, excellent facilities, and Sebastiano a very helpful, good host. We stayed 2 nights and want to return again soon, both to Ortigia and the apartment. Highly recommended.

Das Haus und die Lage waren für uns traumhaft! Wir konnten nicht aufhören die Ruhe zu genießen und den Blick über die schöne Landschaft schweifen zu lassen. Das Haus ist sehr schön hergerichtet und ideal für 2 Personen. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, ohne unnötigen Kram. Die Kommunikation mit Melissa war top. Wir habe es sehr genossen und würden sofort wiederkommen.

We had a lovely stay, the house was beautiful and well looked after. The pool and surrounding gardens were amazing to spend time in. We had great communication before and during the stay. We were travelling with a baby and toddler and there were high chairs and a cot provided which was hugely helpful. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Vendicari. Die Lage der Villa ist traumhaft. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist exzellent. Es ist alles vorhanden - top Küchenausstattung. Die Villa ist sehr sehr sauber. Und Guglielmo ist jederzeit erreichbar und hatte sehr viele tolle Tipps für uns. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Villa gibt es traumhafte Strände. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Danke lieber Guglielmo für die traumhafte Zeit, die wir in deiner Villa verbringen durften. Wir haben jeden Augenblick genossen.

너무 아름다운 집입니다. 벽난로와 함께 최고의 휴식시간을 보냈습니다. 모든것이 완벽했습니다. 호스트 또한 너무 친절했습니다. 좋은 추억이 되었습니다. 근처에 온다면 다시 올 생각입니다.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a very beautiful apartment and was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The garden was amazing with a nice view of the church and we enjoyed our time outside. Lorenzo was very helpful and gave us great instructions and local recommendations. The beds were super comfortable too. The location was great for walking into town and we walked everywhere. Lots of convenient parking nearby on the main road. A superb Airbnb.

The property was very comfortable, nicely furnished and felt very welcoming and homely. It is extremely well located near the centre of Ortigia and yet is both private and quiet. Everything (shops/restaurants) is within a short walking distance. Gisella provided lots of support and useful suggestions for our visit and Gianluca was there to greet us locally. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return.

Natalia's villa was perfect for what my friends and I needed. It was centrally located and very safe. It was our first time visiting the area, our flight was delayed, and one suitcase did not arrive on time. Natalia and her sister, Marcella were very understanding. Marcella was so great! Making us feel welcomed on the spot. The villa is very spacious..More space than we 3 needed but perfect for spreading out after a day of sightseeing. The views are spectacular, the people, warm and friendly. There is a Lidl up the street from the villa where you can easily get anything you might need for your stay. The kitchen is very well equipped with full size fridge and anything you might need to prepare meals at home. We can not say enough about this lovely property. We will definately be back! Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal bei Daniela zu Gast. Die Wohnung ist groß hat shabby Charm, nichts ist neu, aber es ist irgendwie romantisch. Die Lage ist perfekt und wir lieben die große Dachterasse. Es ist total ruhig und man hört und sieht das Meer und man ist dennoch mitten in der Altstadt.

One of the best places we have been.. The villa is super cozy and you feel right at home! Also, Federico is a great host, he was always responsive and helpful, and gave us useful recommendations on the dining and things to do in the area. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Ich habe mich in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man auf Reisen benötigt. Den Sonnenaufgang über den Dächern von Noto aus dem Bett zu sehen, war ein Highlight. Es war in einer ruhigen Straße, aber nur 5 Minuten vom Stadtkern entfernt. Giosué war schnell erreichbar und hat alles erklärt:) danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Exactly as described. Easy walk to more restaurants and sites than one could do in a year. Ortigia is unreal ! We stayed 6 nights and wished we booked it for longer.

Het verblijf was perfect. Een schitterende en rustige plek. Vanaf deze locatie was het ideaal om uitstapjes te ondernemen. De plek zelf was perfect en kwam overeen met de advertentie. DE communicatie met Corado was uitstekend. Hij reageerde snel. Er waren ook fietsen aanwezig die je kon gebruiken om naar het strand te gaan. De plek is echt een aanrader om vanuit hier Noto en Siracuse te ontdekken. Ook Avolo had een aantal leuke restaurantjes.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem schönen Ferienhaus auf Sizilien! Die Außenanlage ist wirklich ein kleines Paradies – eine grüne Oase mit viel Platz zum Entspannen, Spielen und natürlich dem tollen Pool, den wir alle sehr genossen haben. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert, und auch wir Erwachsenen konnten herrlich abschalten. Das Haus selbst ist gut geeignet für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern – alles war sauber und funktional. Die Küche ist funktional ausgestattet, aber da wir meist auswärts essen waren (was auf Sizilien sowieso ein Genuss ist!), hat uns das nicht gestört. Insgesamt haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Auszeit!

Smuk bolig både inde og ude. Her får man virkelig et personligt hjem med fine detaljer som samtidig var indbydende som gæst. Meget smuk og hyggelig have som man kan fornemme bliver passet godt. Mange frugttræer og de lækreste citroner lige til at plukke til madlavningen. Super venlige værter som altid var behjælpelige. Vi manglede ikke noget. Vi vil helt klart vende tilbage.

Beautiful location across the river from Noto - the property is well-thought-out and cared for, large variety of interesting trees and plants (lemons, oranges, pomegranates, almonds, etc) around the house, fun pool for the kids, well-appointed kitchen and beautiful spot for evening meals looking over the vista of Noto as the sun sets. However, the highlight was the hosts - Emanuel and Sebastiano - flexible with check-in and check-out, Emanuel took the time to answer all of our questions, introduce us to all of the interesting parts of the property, and provide local recommendations, and Sebastiano was very helpful and patient when I forgot our passports at the house and had to return to get them - he safeguarded them and met me in town to return them. Highly recommended!

Pictures cannot really reflect how beautiful this place is! The amazing view from the large terrace shows all the beauty of the rich Sicilian landscape: the sunrise from the sea, Etna with its clouds and always present smoke trace, the cow bells as the only sound you hear …. The house and the garden are made with love and are a perfect place to stay! Many places to visit are within a short drive - great location that allows you full privacy as well as many sight-seeing possibilities. What makes you feel at home from the first moment - are the very welcoming and kind hosts, Grazia and Antonio. They thought of everything when preparing the house for us. They are always available for answering questions and help. Great suggestions for places to see and to eat. Thank you for everything Grazia and Antonio!

Our family of three had several wonderful days at Villa Cammarana and wish we could have stayed longer. The house was gorgeous and equipped with everything you could need from a bbq and stocked kitchen to laundry and a huge, comfortable patio—they even left local cheese, strawberries and bread for us. We loved the green yard as well and our kiddo had a great time playing out there. There’s no A/C but we never had an issue with being hot, the house stays cool and all the windows are screened so it was very fresh at night. Just bring a sleep mask because the sun rises early. It’s easy to get to Ragusa, a grocery store (both ~20 min) and nearby villages, but you must have a car. We went to the beach at Marina di Ragusa twice, very reasonable to rent loungers and towels. The sea is calm and perfect for swimming, lots of local families. Definitely so glad we stayed here!

Super consigliato. Casa, impeccabile,pulita e dotata di ogni confort. Bel giardino,zona esterna con forno per pizza e griglia,cucina fornita di tutto. 2 bagni,uno per ogni piano,e doccia esterna. Biancheria pulita e profumata. Posizione eccellente,a 5 minuti di auto da vari supermercati,in massimo mezz'ora d auto si raggiungono le migliori località della zona(Ortigia,Noto,Scicli,Modica) Spiaggia tranquilla con bellissimo mare a 7-8 minuti a piedi.
