This historic villa, dating back to 1908, was built to house a factory producing lemon and orange essences, which were grown in the villa’s extensive citrus grove. Subsequently renovated, the villa was divided into two houses, each measuring 110 square meters. In fact, it is possible to book both houses, which can accommodate up to 8/9 people. Guests have access to a cozy inner courtyard and a large outdoor garden. The two villas feature different styles: one is modern, and the other is classic. The first cottage, which can accommodate up to 4 people, features a modern style with exposed stone walls and wooden trusses, as well as a beautiful and cozy living area that includes a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, a 55-inch TV, a large sofa for relaxing with a chaise longue, a large table for lunch and dinner, and thoughtful design details. Two bedrooms: one master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, and an attic room overlooking the living area. Therefore, there are two bathrooms equipped with every possible amenity. The other villa, more classic and intimate, features an old-world style, also with exposed stone walls and wooden trusses. There is a grand fireplace, which is the centerpiece of the living area. An intimate kitchen area for breakfast and aperitifs, and a large table for lunch and dinner. This villa also features two bedrooms: one is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, and the other is an attic room overlooking the living area, which is equipped with air conditioning. Therefore, there are two bathrooms equipped with every possible amenity.
