The building features three double bedrooms and a smaller bedroom that can accommodate one or two people. Pool heating included in the price.

The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).

It consisted of stables, millstone for processing grapes and trappeto for the processing of olives and therefore the production of oil.
