Holiday rentals with a patio in Avon-by-the-Sea

I loved staying at this gem of a studio! It was perfect for my needs. It was comfortable, quiet, spotless and perfect location. Look forward to staying again!

Karen was a great host! The apartment was exactly as shown and described in the pictures. Perfect walking distance to local restaurants and attractions; we had a toddler with us so instead we took a quick drive right into town. The pool was perfect as was the outside seating area. Karen was very accommodating with some last minute changes we needed. Karen was easily accessible if we had any questions or needed assistance. 10/10, already looking forward to our next stay.

This home is absolutely beautiful and offers every amenity you’d need to have a fantastic stay in Seaside Heights! Our hosts were friendly, responsive, and always accommodating. Amy’s apartment style Airbnb was a delight to stay in. The apartment had every amenity you could need and was spotlessly clean. Additionally, Amy was a wonderful host with great communication and was extremely helpful with whatever you needed!

As advertised; short drive to several beaches, a bit long to walk with chairs/etc but walkable without equipment. Short walk to Main St with plenty of stores/restos/etc. Did not cook while there. Ideal for family of four.

Bella's place is the perfect spot to discover and enjoy the special place that is Orange Grove / Asbury Park area. 1 block from beach, with view of water from the porch where I could have hung all day. Central to the main strip of this very cool and quaint beachside community. Lovely short walk to Asbury's funky, fun main drag. Bella's place is peaceful, comfortable, clean, and feels like it was recently renovated so it all felt fresh. Neighbors are kind, and cool, and Bella was a wonderful host. We want to go back for a much longer stay next year, and make it one of our annual escapes.

Myra’s place was the perfect spot for a weekend beach getaway! She was responsive, friendly and so helpful. The space was exactly as described - cozy, sweet, and functional. A really nice place to shower and hangout after some good beach time.

Sam was a terrific host and very responsive. The house is just as described and kitchen is well equipped. Best suited for one or two people. Private yard and porch were perfect. Bedroom is large with large closet and an empty dresser - also a large closet in the living room. We had a blackout one night and Sam came by with a flashlight right away, and when I needed instructions or had a question about something, he responded right away. The house is three blocks from the beach and one block from Main Avenue, with shops and food right there. Parking was easy. Highly recommend

George & Liz’s place was exactly how they described it. It was in a quiet neighborhood close to area restaurants and the beach. We had many options for meals and the grocery store was also very close. The house is really cute and having an additional bathroom was helpful. The five of us had our own space. We enjoyed the pool and we even took a bike ride on the bikes in the shed. We really enjoyed our stay in Neptune! The hosts gave us great suggestions for nightlife and activities. They even left a nice birthday Neptune City tote for me, as I was there celebrating my birthday. This girls trip was just what we needed with comfortable accommodations.

Nita's Airbnb was fantastic! The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, Nita was an amazing host—so friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Sal’s place was great and the perfect choice for our escape from the city. Located in a great spot close to the beach and Asbury Park for additional things to do. Clean, easy to check in, and Sal is extremely helpful and communicative.

Perfect location in between main street and beach+ size for our girls/family event weekend! Well decorated and furnished for all needs. Appreciate the beach cruisers & restaurant recommendation’s. Will definitely rebook when we are back in the area! Thank you Kathleen & Laura for making our stay in Manasquan GREAT!

My group and I felt right at home and it was extremely cozy :) we had so much fun using the kayaks and fireplace and we loved the upstairs room with the two bunk beds looking over the whole house! Definitely recommend ❤️

You could not ask for a better hostess or a more perfect getaway!! Rachel thought of every detail anyone could possibly need for a wonderful vacation!! The home is beautiful and immaculate!! Distance from the beach is walkable and she’s provided all the necessary items for fun in the sun!! If you’ve forgotten something, just look around because Rachel probably has it! We loved sipping coffee on the front porch where there was always a breeze blowing through the wind chimes… so peaceful! We will definitely be back…. Thank you Rachel!!

It’s half a block from the beach, which is perfect. The home was nice clean and organized. The host was great to deal with.

We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and Danielle's flexibility with our needs since we were coming from out of state. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. This was especially important since the weather was not great during our stay, so we spent a lot of time in the condo.

Our second stay at Charleen's place. It checks every box for me..clean, bright, airy. Plenty of room for my family and a perfect porch with a view of the ocean for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Charleen reached out to us to make sure we were comfortable. Who could ask for more! Thank you!

Stayed with my father and enjoyed an extremely comfortable Airbnb stay. Freda was prompt and accurate, making check-in and communication effortless. The home was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged, with clear instructions throughout. We loved the calming living room view of the spacious lawn and trees. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore.

We have stayed at this property in past. There have been many improvements done to the upstairs unit. New furniture and updated bathrooms were a very pleasant surprise. The view is spectacular from many locations in the unit. I look forward to my next stay at this beautiful unit.

This is the perfect place! Felt so comfy & cozy. Had towels, and shampoo body wash.. just great. Michael even provided coffee, and a coffee maker. Was MORE than I thought it could ever be staying at an Airbnb!!! I’ve had airbnbs where they don’t accommodate you like this airbnb and host does. Michael checked up on me and made sure I was good consistently. Made me feel soo comfortable. Clean and modern place. I can’t wait to book with Michael again!!🫶🏼

Great location next to the Park entrance, exceptionally clean, great interior design, welcome treats, nice balcony to relax, covered safe parking, shed with folding chairs and other stuff for children, great communication, positive and welcoming attitude.

Our stay was fantastic! Megan and Todd’s place had all the amenities we could possibly need, and we also LOVED the patio and close proximity to the beach. Megan and Todd were responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Ty!
