We were there for a family trip. My 3 adult children, my sister and 5 year old grandson. We had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen, easy walk to beach. We loved the pool and hot tub and spent a lot of time sitting on front porch. Fish heads restaurant was across the street, easy walk with live music and 20 cent shrimp at Happy hour. We didn't want to leave. Thanks for a great stay!

This beautiful home was extremely clean and well Kept. The kitchen was really stocked for cooking and clean laundry area. Relaxing Florida room to watch the water and the back deck was also great for relaxing and watching the family fish! And good toilet paper lol! The neighborhood was quaint and quiet and peaceful ! We would gladly stay here again!

This home was perfect in every way for us. Home is very well cared for and was great for 9 adults and 3 kids. It had ample space for all of us. I highly recommend this home if you’re in the Nags Head area. The host was also incredible in every way!

This house was so beautiful and EXTREMELY close to the beach! We also really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Plenty of seating and beds for our group of 14 people! Very comfortable living conditions. Would definitely stay here again!

Sunny beach house, steps away from beach!

We had a wonderful week at the cottage! The house is small but very cozy and well equipped. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals. There were plenty of paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, soaps, etc. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. The bunk beds are a bit small for an adult person, but we made it work. The view from the deck is fantastic! Perfect to sit in the morning with a cup of coffee and watch the dolphins. It was by far the cleanest house we've ever rented, and Jennifer was very responsive form the time we checked in and check out. The beach access is very convenient, right in front of the house. We definitely hope to come back again! Thank you, Jennifer, for being a great host:-)

Great week stay!! Had some issues with the internet not working when we first arrived but Amanda was very responsive and called Spectrum to get it fixed the next day for us. Listing was as described. Lots of bugs and flies outside but to be expected since it was in the listing. Saw a few bears in the area and wildlife! Nice and secluded - about a 25 min drive into Nags head, not bad. Was able to utilize the grill which was nice to have a cookout with the family! Overall nice stay for the price and had a great vacay with the family

This place was just like home. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we had for cooking meals all week. Wished the dune was just a little lower so you could see the ocean, but it was nice to be able to hear it and to be able to quickly access the beach.

We had a great stay at the electric turtle. It was about a 30 second drive to the public beach parking and we never had an issue finding a spot. It would probably be about a 5 minute walk to the beach but we opted to drive because the highway is very busy and a little difficult to cross. There were also multiple bars and restaurants a short drive away. There were only two of us but there was plenty of space for a group of friends or a family. The covered deck was a great place for morning coffee and had two sets of chairs and tables to also enjoy breakfast at. The deck even had a gait which was perfect for our puppy to be able to enjoy the morning sun with us. We had no issues at all and would definitely recommend to a friend and stay again.

We loved our stay at James’ condo. The location is away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to get to everything within minutes. The condo itself is directly across from the pool, which was perfect for us. Our kids loved walking around the marina and watching all the boats. The condo is updated, very clean, and had everything we needed. James was very responsive with any questions we had. We can’t wait to go back!
