Holiday rentals with a patio in Avrillé

a quiet and peaceful place. I highly recommend it if you want to spend a weekend or even a week as a couple or for work. If we come back to Angers, we'll come to this place for sure.

Spacious apartment, there were 5 of us and we didn't run out of space. It is also very well located, we did everything on foot and left our car in the private parking (real +). The hosts were great and attentive. The instructions given were very clear, we had no difficulty finding the apartment and understanding how the parking lot works, etc. The only weak point of the apartment is for me the insulation, the street noise and the life in the building were quite present.

It's always a pleasure to come to Louis, it's the second time we've come and we'll be back. Dominique is very, very kind, we love her very much. Very good address in a beautiful peaceful environment and very cozy accommodation.

Great stay at Olivier's, in his very nice house, ideal for a stay in a large group, with friends or family. The house has comfortable, well-appointed and equipped common areas for good shared moments. When the weather is nice, the outdoor spaces, very well maintained and landscaped, have several "corners" for meals, naps or moments around the pool, clean and well heated. Finally, the rooms are well decorated, each with a bathroom, allowing you to preserve your privacy when you want to take a little break from the group ;-) Finally, Olivier is a thoughtful and responsive host! In short, everything is done to make the stay as pleasant as possible!

We were pleasantly surprised when Yohan showed us the grounds and the accommodation. The listing and attached photos hardly do justice to this place, in reality it is even more beautiful. We (a family of 4) had a great stay here for a week and can recommend this place to anyone. The pool is large and very well cared for, and that actually applies to the entire property. Also, we were pleasantly surprised by all the equipment that is present. 3 types of coffee makers, toasters, a contact grill, a large gas barbecue, everything is present!

Communication and hospitality with Philippe, went very well. Philippe is very friendly, he takes pleasure in showing us around the place, explaining the history of his property, which is a haven of peace with beautiful surrounding nature. The place is quiet, functional for what we were looking for (one night stop at 6). The room downstairs is not super functional (HS TV and no hot water in the sink, no toilet), but allows two adults to sleep without any problem.

came with friends to discover the banks of the Loire by bike, we enjoyed the central location of the accommodation, its breathtaking view, its amenities, its terraces, the availability and kindness of its owner.

Anne and Max gave us a superb welcome in their home! It was great, we didn't miss anything. We were a group of salespeople and were able to work as we wanted but also able to relax afterwards :)

We had a great time at Aurélie and Vincent's place, where we immediately felt very comfortable. The house is really very nice with its bright living room and two gardens with sofa perfect for aperitifs and garden table. It has everything you need, toys and amenities available for children. It is also very well located in a peaceful area (no noise at night) and less than 10 minutes by car full of activities: the city center and its castle, Terra Botanica, the Aquavita pool, the lake of Maine (swimming, entertainment), the island of Saint-Aubin and its guinguette... We will really enjoy coming back and we highly recommend this accommodation!!!! Thank you Aurélie and Vincent (and the children and the cat for patiently bearing the many caresses of my sons).
