It was a wonderful experience for us. We stayed on vacation with 3 girls. The house was cleaner and tidier than we expected. Everything is carefully prepared and everything is thought out. Mr. Kutay was also very interested and meticulous. I was able to reach him in a short time whenever I wanted. We were here for part of our vacation. When we saw the house, we thought we'd continue our vacation here. We came by private car, so I don't have any information about transportation.

This was our second stay here. The accomodation is great, the location is amazing, the only problem for some could be that the street is quite loud in the evenings. The host let us check-in early and was very welcoming. We would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful time staying at this place in Kuşadası! The apartment is right on the harbor – when you look out the window you can immediately see the sea, which can be reached in just one minute on foot. Also restaurants, cafes and the pedestrian zone are right outside the door, which makes the location really perfect. The apartment itself was very clean and cozy. I would like to highlight the hosts: they were extremely friendly, accommodating and always helpful. I felt completely comfortable and welcome. We are extremely happy that we stayed at Nick's place. Nick is very caring to his guests and he was proactively asking if we needed anything. He left some snacks for us in the fridge thinking we might be hungry upon arrival. He let us in earlier then check in and also let us stay longer than check out time so he was very accommodating. Overall we left happy a s definitely recommend his place to other guests.

The cottage was beautifully decorated in a Greek style. Nothing was missing. Household items, towels, toilet paper, etc. are sufficiently available. Layers of orange and lemon ready as a welcome. Friendly Host .

I had a great time in Nektarios' studio. I just had a nightmare about a door once or twice. Why I don't know. Nektarios, next time we'll drink a ousi.

Mr. Sinan was very interested. The house was very clean and tidy. The location of the house had a natural structure. We were disturbed by the biting flies, but we stayed for a short time. It was a house that met all our needs. There is the opportunity to barbecue in the garden.

Highly recommend with excellent location just a few steps from the beach. The beach has free umbrellas if you are early enough to get one. We really enjoyed the spacious terrace with ocean view. The kitchen and living room were spacious and had all the basics amenities. There was air conditioning in all rooms which worked well. Just a note as other reviews commented on the noise that we did not find it too bad as with all windows closed it would block most of the noise/music. Osman was easy to communicate with and very responsive and flexible with our arrival and departure time.

We had a very nice time in the vacation home of Mukaddes. There is plenty of room and you can sit outside. The house is close to a main road, so you can easily discover the spacious area by car. The beach is nice and is within walking distance. Mukaddes may be the sweetest hostess ever! She always smiles and overloaded us with fresh fruit from her own garden. Great!

Manos' residence is located on the main street, and therefore everything is close by, the port is only 1 minute away. The interior is more than sufficient with 4 bedrooms and air conditioning Actually the perfect location for a visit to the island, airport 5 minutes by Taxi (12 Euro), beach 5 minutes and all other sights are easily accessible by rental car.

Apartment perfectly corresponding to the description, very nice, clean, very very well equipped (pherhaps one of the most well equipped we found). Host very nice and friendly. Position and view good, walking distance (about 15 min) to the center, parking not so easy but not impossible. All perfect!

This place is a proper Turkish experience. If you like classic and rustic, but with all mod cons, this is it. Spacious home across three levels, with a courtyard like something from a magazine, and fruit trees and multiple sitting areas; truly beautiful!

We recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb villa for our holiday, and everything was exactly as depicted in the pictures. This villa is perfect for both family holidays and getaways with friends. The attention to detail was impressive, from the tasteful furniture and kitchen utensils to the comfortable garden furniture. The location is lovely, just a 10-minute walk to the beach and only 2-3 minutes by car. The hosts were responsive, kind, and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Ayfer abla was a warm and incredibly hospitable host. The view from the house was beautiful. I can say this was the nicest Airbnb we have ever rented. The entrance to the house was private, the furnishings were carefully chosen, and the cleanliness was excellent. The village was lovely, and the garden was full of beautiful flowers and well-designed landscaping. With her sweet conversations, warm smile, and quick responses to all our needs, Ayfer abla was much more than just a host. We are already looking forward to coming back soon.
