Our house is a very comfortable house in a residential area in the center of Ayvalık. A stylish and comfortable space has been created with antique and modern furnishings. It is earthquake-resistant. There are beds for 5 adults and 1 baby. The garden is reserved for our guests. There is a teak dining set in the garden. The house is equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils. You can enjoy cooking your meals, or if you wish, you can walk to the bazaar, restaurants, etc., explore the historical texture of the city, and enjoy the sea on its beautiful beaches.

The walking distance to the center of Ayvalık is 5 minutes and you can reach the beaches and Cunda Island in 15 minutes by car. We can speak Russian, German and English.

I decorated the house myself, thinking about every detail, and I was always inspired by Ayvalık. My house, which makes you feel the atmosphere of the highlands, is in Ayvalık - Tıfıllar village. Although it is in the village, it is 18 km from Gömeç, 25 km from Cunda or 30 km from Sarımsaklı.

There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. 10 minutes to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Air conditioning is provided with Mitsubishi air conditioner. Parking nearby by car is possible on Thursday evening, the market is set up.

You can have a barbecue, read a book and enjoy yourself in the garden.

Our house on Alibey (Cunda) Island has been designed in keeping with the island’s architectural style. The villa-style property staying features a living room and kitchen on the ground floor, and two bedrooms on the upper floor, each has own bathroom. The beds can be arranged as single or double. Hot water is provided by a water heater. Air conditioning and a television are available. There is a car park near the house. A charge applies outside the season and for stays of three days or more.
