It is 15 minutes away from Cunda Island and Sarımsaklı beaches by car. There is easier parking place than the center of Ayvalik in our location. Our house has 1 bedroom 1 double bed , 1 single bed and 1 L armchair in the living room. If you stay in this centrally located place, you'll be close to everything as a family.
