Holiday rentals with beach access in Bacvice Beach

Anita's unit was perfectly situated to enable a nice overview of Split. close to the old town and beaches/harbour to allow for walking without the use of a car. parking was free on the street which was a bonus...although no guarantee yiu can get one. we were lucky! the apartment was we'll equipped. we stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful time. would definitely keep Amita on mind for next time!

Fantastic location being only a 10 minute walk from the bus/ferry terminal, a short walk to the center of the downtown area, grocery store and the promenade that runs along the water. The location allows for easy walking to many restaurants in the area, offering vegan options not far from the apartment. The apartment sits right on a main road, so the noise level is high. The apartment is small but has everything you need. There is a bathroom, bedroom and larger room with a living area, kitchen and small table with 2 chairs. There is no washer in the apartment which is fine for a very short stay. The AC worked very well during the few hot days in Split while we traveled there in May. Very steep stairs to enter the apartment from outside. The location is the high point of this apartment, being so close to public transportation.

We arrived following a lovely few days on Brac thinking that the apartment there would be a hard act to follow, but Nevia’s place was just as good, and better in some respects. The apartment is a ground floor flat in quite a plain building but you wouldn’t know there was anyone else there it was so quiet. Nevia’s mum is next door, and she checked us in, and even kept a parking space available in the street when we arrived. Being there at the end of September we weren’t able to enjoy the outdoor space so much, but indoors was just as good with a comfortable settee that looked out on the garden. The bedroom and bathroom are a good size, and the kitchen has most of what you could hope for, including a welcome basket, plus some items in the fridge. The apartment is well located, being 10-15 minutes walk into the centre of Split as well as having local supermarkets/bakeries a little over 5 minutes walk in each direction, our choice being Tommy / Bobis bakery. Strongly recommend.

We cannot say enough about our stay at this property! The apartment was as described…VERY clean, comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms. The outdoor areas were peaceful, quiet and beautiful. Maggie, Melanie and Joseph (I know I’m not spelling correctly!) were FANTASTIC! Maggie responded almost immediately to every message we sent-from the time we booked the property and all through our stay! Melanie greeted us and explained the property. And Joseph safely got us to our many destinations! We had an incredible time in Split and I know it was because of their help and recommendations. DO NOT HESITATE to book this property and let them help you with all the details!!

This was one of the best airbnbs we had stayed at throughout our Europe trip. Cvjetana was extremely flexible and the place was spotless and smelt clean (which I could not say about most places). She was extremely easy to communicate with and the place was close to everything that was needed to be near. Could not recommend enough!

We really enjoyed this property! The hosts were super accommodating and friendly and even gave us recommendations for local restaurants (of which we tried a few and loved!). A crib was provided for our baby which was convenient and the place was very clean. The balcony with beautiful water view was a plus.

Ivica is a tremendous host. He personally met us when we arrived and explained the usage of the apartment. We helped us with parking and even drove us to the ferry on our departure. He is truly a model host. His apartment is fantastic, exceptionally clean, well stocked and has fantastic views. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood near good restaurants and beaches He provided useful information at the apartment for restaurants, beaches, transportation, parking, etc. We had a great time

Superbly located - less than 1 minute from main square of old town. Immaculate and whilst quite compact it had everything we required with quality decor and kitchen equipment. It is on third floor with quite a tight/steep staircase. Host Bruno was very helpful - met us on arrival and carried our case to the top floor - and gave us useful suggestions re restaurants etc. Advise wandering away from the centre as some very nice restaurants just 10 min walk away. We really liked 'Fife' restaurant for seafood and it was reasonably priced. Highly recommend a trip to Krka waterfalls and also Klis castle if considering day trips out of the town.

Silvija’s place was great for our group. It was spacious, clean and has everything you need. One of the bedrooms has a private entrance, the AC was great, there is a beautiful patio with an outdoor dining table that we loved. The location was perfect and very central. I would definitely recommend. There was some construction on a nearby building but it did not interrupt us.

We had a great night at Ivana's place. Great accommodation, faithful to the photos and description, very functional apartment and there is everything you need. Excellent cleanliness. Ivana is a great host, her husband is super friendly too! They are very accommodating with arrival times and are very helpful. Nothing to complain about, everything is perfect, can't wait to come back if we have the opportunity! Thank you for everything

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

Small charming cottage and sea view/cliff view veranda on a big hillside property. 125+- subtropical steps down to a wonderful beach with expansive swimming area, bar, restaurant, change rooms, bathrooms (distant nature beach - you’ve been alerted/notified). Easy attractive 40 minute walk down to Diocletian’s Palace and quick convenient bus return. The cottage is well-appointed and very comfortable.

Bruno took care of everything in advance. Private transfer from the airport was great. Was received by the brother who showed me everything on site. Accommodation was cozy, everything available and clean. Everything is within walking distance. Beach/sea almost at your doorstep. Sound location. Gladly again.

We had a great stay in Nataija's place. It's perfect for 2 couples or a family with children with two bathrooms. It's a short stroll to the old town, everything is closer than google maps suggests. The communication was exceptional. We had a great stay.

We had the great pleasure of spending a week at Dragana’s apartment, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a comfortable stay but also for true hospitality. Dragana was incredibly kind and helpful – she took care of every detail in the apartment (cleanliness, equipment, a cozy atmosphere), drove us around the city, showed us interesting places, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything necessary – we truly felt at home. It was a wonderful experience, and we’re very grateful for such a warm welcome. Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

This is not an airbnb. This is a 5 star hotel room with a 6 star balcony and a 7 star host. Absolute great place for a weekend or longer trip in split. location is superb - just outside old town and walkable. The appartement is fantastic with a great balcony and view - very clean and with everything you need. Anamarija is a perfect host who helped with great local recommendations.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Our stay in Split was absolutely wonderful, and this Airbnb was a big part of that! The home was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained—everything about it exceeded our expectations. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, yet still within easy walking distance to all the top attractions, restaurants, and beaches. The highlight of our stay, though, was our incredible host, Gorana. She went above and beyond to help us plan our trip, offering great suggestions for excursions, places to eat, and things to see and do around Split. Her hospitality made us feel truly welcome and taken care of. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place! Very spacious, to us it was much bigger than the photos! Walkable to old town which was great. Goran is very responsive and helpful and check-in/out was very easy.
