Apartment was outstanding. It was so relaxing eating our breakfast while watching the ferry’s dock. Lovely spacious rooms and scenic walk into Split centre. Klajdi was an amazing host. He responded immediately to any queries.

Pero’s ground flat is a superb location to stay in split. It is walkable to the centre of split where there is lots to do, it is also close to the main beaches (5min walk). The flat has a lovely garden and is a up to date and relaxing area to stay while on holiday. The flat was exactly as described and easy to find and access. I went with a couple of my mates, we are young lads, and had a great time. Definitely would recommend and re visit.

Excellent place for not very long stays. walkable distance to old city and port. Marjan park nearby is a gem. Fully equipped kitchen. New appliances. I would recommend.

The location is perfect, it’s within walking distance to beach and historic center, in a quiet neighborhood. Groceries store, restaurants and cafe around the corner. Green market was fun to shop directly from growers. Durdica took time to give us good local tips and we appreciate that.

We had a lovely stay in Split! The apartment was nice, had everything you needed and communication with the host was great and easy. The area around the apartment is nice and quiet. It’s located in a great spot, a short walk into the old town where you can find lots of restaurants and things to do and close to a beach just 10mins away where you can swim. It was a great spot to stay in split!

Great location, perfect for a short stay! The property is only about a 10 minute walk from the city center, ideal for easy access to restaurants, bars and attractions. The surroundings are lively, but still quiet enough to relax. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It really had everything you need for a short stay. Absolutely recommended!

Ivan is an extraordinary host with an amazing property. It didn't matter what we asked for or needed help with, Ivan went above and beyond to serve our needs. His home is an impeccable oasis, right on the Adriatic. We rearranged our itinerary, to stay here and are so glad we did. If you're even considering coming to the area, you need to stay here!

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful location. Everything is spotless and well maintained. Nick is so friendly and helpful including a lift to the supermarket on arrival. A good sized clean pool with comfortable sun loungers set in landscaped gardens which are loving tended. All the beds and chairs are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views are stunning - breakfast on the balcony watching dolphins out at sea. A top class apartment that we hope to revisit - thank you Nick and family for making us feel so welcome in your home.

We had a fantastic week staying in the Penthouse! The views are incredible. The apartment was beautiful and is immaculately clean. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. We were a group of 9 people. The location is fantastic. Very quiet and you can go directly from the villa to the sea. The house was very clean and looked as pictured. The kitchen in the house and also the outdoor kitchen were well equipped and had everything you need. We thought the grill and the pizza oven were great. The house is a bit out of the way. There are no restaurants nearby. However, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and they are easily accessible by car. The house is perfect for relaxing vacations.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

The house is exactly as described, two houses with sleeping areas and bathrooms in both allowing for privacy and space. The pool and eating area were lovely and there is a barbecue area. All in all a fantastic place. The house also has a convenient exit to the seashore. Mario is very attentive, checking in with us every few days. He even welcomed us with some drinks in the fridge (we arrived late). He also allowed us to store our bags after we checked out. He is an excellent host. Restaurants are a 15-25 walk away, so well worth using Uber, only €8-12 into Split. Thank you Mario for a great stay.

From the get go Kristina & Luka were fantastic to deal with. Great communication & check in experience, I’ve never had a more personal check in experience during my Airbnb years it was lovely. We were travelling with our 15 month old girl & this place could not have been more perfect. Location was great, 10min walk into Split however you were out of the hustle & bustle, 5 min to the park & 10min walk to the best beaches. The pool was used daily as well as the climbing frame. They thought of everything a family could ever need. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely come back the next time we venture to this side of the world.

We really enjoy our stay. Everything clean, modern, absolutely perfekt. The apartment, the view, the pool, ... . The owner was helpful and communicative. Last but not least, excellent conditions for charging our electric car. It was wonderful, we would love to come back.

We had a great time staying in this location! The apartment was beautiful and it had everything we needed to eat in or go downstairs for coffee a few doors down -totally recommend. The hosts were proactive and communicated well. We were happy to have parking and then just used uber or walked everywhere for the rest of our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! We stayed at Hrvoje’s Airbnb for a few days and couldn’t have been happier. It is a lovely spacious place with modern decor. All of the amenities are extremely clean and multiple towels were provided which was a nice touch. The location couldn’t be better, a short walk from the main centre, a lovely beach and great food places. We walked everywhere as it was so walkable. There is a bakery close by too which was a plus! I would highly recommend!

great location, tucked in a little alleyway, in a courtyard. Quiet at night. just outside of the old town area. close to the markets which was great for cheaper coffee and wonderful fresh fruit. Apartment was compact but clean and the washing machine was very handy ( one of the reasons we booked) only comment would be to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, shower soap.

We had a great stay in Nataija's place. It's perfect for 2 couples or a family with children with two bathrooms. It's a short stroll to the old town, everything is closer than google maps suggests. The communication was exceptional. We had a great stay.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is clean and well organized. We appreciated the special touches (having coffee creamer is a big plus for us! And the thoughtful local candy at our bedside tables). We slept peacefully each night. We also loved the proximity to the beach where we spent many hours. Thank you!

Toni's place is beautiful, sparkling clean, modern and with all the amenities of kitchen/bathroom that you would need. A parking spot is available and the location is very central to both Old Town and a beach (both a short walking distance). There are markets and supermarkets nearby. There is no laundry in this apartment but there is a laundromat nearby. We met Toni's parents who were so lovely, gave us an introduction to the area and the apartment, and were on hand if we needed anything. Definitely recommend this beautiful place for a stay in Split!

This apartment is beautifully decorated, the view of Split is spectacular, it has a well stocked kitchen, and plenty of drawers and closet space in the bedroom. There are restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Anita, the property manager, was exceptionally friendly and was waiting for us when we arrived with a saved parking spot. She was in frequent communication throughout our stay and had lots of helpful information. Highly recommend.

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The air conditioning throughout was very welcome, and the bakery across the road was excellent for buying breakfast breads and pastries. Its in a quieter neighbourhood, but 2 minutes to Bacvice beach, and a 5 -10 minute walk to the Riva, Palace and centre. Maggie sent us lots of recommendations for places to eat, drink and for tours, and was quick to respond to any questions we had. She also organised our airport transfers. There is so much to see and do in Split! We especially enjoyed the views from Klis Fortress (no22 bus), the history in The Diocletian Palace area, relaxing at the beach, and the friendliness of the locals. So many restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours to choose from, and all meals and wines were good. We especially liked the Foccacina sandwiches, and restaurants Anono, Corto Maltese and La Mia Storia.
