Guest house holiday rentals in Bacvice Beach

Very nice place, landlord lives in the house, but you don't feel disturbed by it. The beach is within walking distance of 3/4 minutes. You can easily get to the nearby cities by bus, the bus runs every 20 minutes. The place is as described, there is nothing wrong with it. Great stay everything was perfect

Had 6 nights here. Was extremely pleased with the location, a very nice quiet neighbourhood, within easy walking distance to all main attractions. The owners were extremely welcoming and helpful, made us feel right at home. We travelled to other areas from here Trogir, Omis, Hvar with no problems. I would 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in Split and will definitely return here one day in the future. All in all had an amazing time both at the apartment and in Split which is beautiful.

Ivana was super reactive and we had a warm welcome, the house was great, big, comfortable, clean and super well situated, 5/10mn walk to the old town and we could just leave the car parked for free. It was a barbecue although we didn’t use it. I would definitely recommend it!

All good! We had a nice vacation

Very quiet and small place, ideal for people who want total peace. We're not those people :) but the place was important to us, not just the location. So the place and the hosts are great, all the recommendations. Very friendly, appreciate guests and give them their privacy. If you want crowds, restaurants, everything is close by. The upper district just a few minutes by car, you can take a boat to Trogir and Split, leaving every hour from the nearby port. We had a great time.

This place is like a dream, a hidden gem we love to come back to. Also a very welcoming family. :)

Debbie was responsive and really easy to contact! We only had one issue which was running out of toilet paper, which she had replaced almost immediately after I messaged her. Great stay!

Cozy place, clean room with a nice balcony overlooking the sea. Although Romana was not on site, she gave us a lot of useful info about the area (beaches, restaurants and activities).

Modern and estheticly organised space. Almost everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom is provided by the host. Garden area allows you to eat or relax outside in the shade. Only minus is lack of Wi-Fi. Getting to the house might be a bit tricky, but host is extremely helpful about that. He is also very responsive and replies quickly. You can easily get to Trogir, Solin, and Split from here via bus or fast route. Bus stop is around 15min walk from the house. There's also some stuff to do in Kaŝtel but it's a place more appreciated by its calmness than the amount of amenities. Our vacation was a very well spent time so we recommend this room to everyone.

Zvonimir's guest house is superbly equipped and perfect for relaxing days on the Mediterranean. You can tell that the hosts themselves have lived in the house: from mosquito nets and blackout curtains to a grill and outdoor shower to a whirlpool with a shade-providing awning - everything is exactly as you need it in everyday life. The four of us with two small children (7 and 3) spent largely relaxed days in Jesenice. The small pebble beach below the house is less than 5 minutes' walk away, and there are great sandy beaches in Omis. The road to the house is narrow, winding and steep - but no problem for safe drivers. And: from our point of view, you are dependent on the car. This annoyed us a bit towards the end, but you have to accept it for the quiet location. The apartment is a little smaller than it looks in the pictures. We would recommend a maximum of three people. Last but not least: ambitious cooks will not be happy in the minimalist kitchen.

Excellent location. Perfectly placed for everything that was needed. Stores, restaurants, lounges, supermarket, parks, beach. Igor was the perfect host. Offered to walk me to wherever I needed and made all necessities available to me!

My vacation at Marijana’s apartment was just perfect! Apartment is clean and cozy, all you might need is available (iron, washing machine, all possible cleaning things), even beach chairs and mattresses are there for you. Marijana and her husband are always there for you to help! And I was lucky to taste Marijana’s apple pie, which was really delicious 😊 My next stay in Okrug will be definitely at the same place. Thank you!

Super Lage, schönes Apartment

A fantastic, beautiful apartment, seconds from the beach and has great local amenities and a ten minute drive from the centre of Split. Josip was incredibly accommodating and available at any moment if and when we required anything. I recommend this place to all looking, as it is a jewel!

Great stay, we would definitely stay again if we come back in the area. The apartment is very comfortable and has all the amenities - pool area, rooftop with hot tub, simple home gym and games room and laundry room. It is right by the beach and close to many restaurants. It is a 15-20min drive to Split town centre. There are some small grocery shops around but they don’t have a great variety . If you are driving you can get to the bigger supermarkets but otherwise it’s a little difficult.

Exceptional stay with our host Franko in Dugi Rat! Private bedroom with comfortable and impeccable outdoor kitchenette. The house, near the sea, offers easy access to pretty coves for swimming and in Omis at less than 10 min by car. Our host shared great restaurant recommendations. Can't wait to come back. 5 stars!

Antonio's house was what we were looking for in our family vacation. the rooms were Clean and cozy. We've been welcomed by Antonio's Mom and even if she don't speak english very well, she was able to tour us around the home and all the utilities. The only negative side of this house is the entrance.... too close to the road which makes it hard to got out from it or the opposite gettin inside the parking because the cars goes pretty fast. But in summary was a reall really nice stay. Thanks Antonio and especially Bladenka amd Husband(he helped me to fire the BBQ... he was so helpful!!!)

We were very happy with the place. Clean with beautiful sea views. A big plus was the underground garage. This allowed our car to stay protected from the heat. The beach was a two-minute walk away. One minute away was a small supermarket where you could get smaller necessities. We will be happy to come back!
