This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. This Apt is in part of the Split called Bacvice. This part of Split is most popular place for living with beach, children playgrounds, parks, restaurants, night bars... The World known beach "Bacvice" is 3 minutes walk distance from Apt, also city center and old Diocletian palace iz less than 10 minutes walk distance. City ferry, bus and train port is also less than 10 minutes walk distance. Car parking is mostly on the street and it is free of charge. Airport is 25 minutes car distance from Apt.

Everything you might need is few minutes walk from the apartment; supermarket, restaurants, ferry, bus station... We are happy to help arrange the cheapest transfer from or to the airport. Apartment is located in a quiet position, 5 minutes walk from the Bacvica beach, 7 minutes to Ferry and Bus station and 10 minutes from the Diocletian´s Palace. Apartment has one bedroom, a living room with kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Air conditioning is in hallway, enough for all rooms.
