Everything was great and very clean. Separate entrance. The apartment was in a good area, close to the center but far from the hustle and bustle. Riña was very attentive throughout the stay. Highly recommended.

Lovely little place! Probably the cleanest airbnb I have stayed in. Perfect for 1-2 people as it is small. It is in a quiet part of town but close to everything. It was a bit noisy in the morning, but that was expected and we were not planning to sleep in anyway. We really enjoyed our stay!

Bruno took care of everything in advance. Private transfer from the airport was great. Was received by the brother who showed me everything on site. Accommodation was cozy, everything available and clean. Everything is within walking distance. Beach/sea almost at your doorstep. Sound location. Gladly again.

We loved this apartment! Instructions from Jelena were clear and easy. It’s a stone throw away from the center, yet it’s in a quiet area at night. The bikes were handy to use also. There’s restaurants, garage parking, and grocery stores nearby. If we return to Split again, we’d look into here :)

This home is exactly as its name suggests - upscale and picture perfect. We found everything as pictured, and a home that is beautifully and thoughtfully arranged and one that comes with a complete set of amenities and plentiful towels. Location is excellent and a short walk from the old town. The apartment is on the top floor, so be prepared for a good workout, especially if you have heavy luggage. Overall, it was a really wonderful stay and we appreciate the warm welcome and care offered by the hosts.

Marin was very communicative throughout and made our arrival with our rental car simple with clear instructions on where to park. The flat is perfect for two, very clean with a modern bathroom, comfortable bed and a cozy sitting area. It’s about a 10 minute walk to old town, and 2 minutes to a sandy public beach. It’s great for an evening swim when the crowds disperse.

Perfect location, so close to everything, but also peaceful. Very friendly and helpful host. We hope to come again soon!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Best part is location which is next to green market and at right at the entrance of old town. Would come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Elvir's apartment! Despite being in the bustling center of the historic area of Split, the apartment was so quiet at night with the windows closed and AC unit on. We were steps away from amazing food and cafes, and the apartment itself was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We would 100% stay here again if we are ever in Split again and couldn't recommend it more to anyone else looking for a quaint place to stay in the center of the historic city. It was marvelous!

Grgo was a wonderful host and the apartment was phenomenal. My girlfriend & I stayed there for 12 nights and it was the perfect place to stay. The full kitchen already had cups and plates and anything you needed. The bathroom also had some basic essentially like shaving cream and laundry detergant, which was incredibly helpful just to have on hand. The area was safe and a very short walk to a kafić or the riva. If I had any questions, I know I could message Grgo and receive a response back quickly. Would absolutely come back to and stay again!

Really lovely apartment in a great location- perfectly situated in the old town. We thought the apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Overall it was great value for money and I would recommend it.

Apartment was outstanding. It was so relaxing eating our breakfast while watching the ferry’s dock. Lovely spacious rooms and scenic walk into Split centre. Klajdi was an amazing host. He responded immediately to any queries.

I couldn't find check-in instructions but Airport transfer guy knew them and told me what to do. I know it was a penthouses but I maybe missed the fact it was on the fourth floor with no lift. Advantage of fourth floor was an unobstructed view of everything from the huge rooftop terrace.

Great location close to both the harbour and the old town and minutes from a selection of restaurants including the wonderful Anona.

This was the PERFECT place to stay in Split. The location was ideal for us — close enough to walk easily to town, but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. Easy access to the beach. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a view we will never forget. Igor was a wonderful host, very kind and helpful, and gave us some wonderful recommendations for food and drinks in town! Highly recommend and hope we can make it back someday.
