Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Welcome directly at the Steinhuder Meer in a very quiet location. The apartment with separate entrance offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large shower with separate toilet and a private sauna. The accommodation is located directly on the circular path around the Steinhuder Meer. A public access to the lake is 400m away. Here you can get started with our SUPs. With our bikes you can reach Steinhude in 15 minutes. There is enough space for 2 adults and 1-2 children.

Welcome to our riding stable in Bad Nenndorf-Horsten! Enjoy the fair during the day, explore the cycling and hiking trails in the Deister and relax in the evening on our pony farm. The cozy apartment on the 2nd floor offers a bright living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and children's bed as well as a well-equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom on 60 square meters. A parking space for your car and a storage space for bicycles are also available.

You are currently viewing our studio "Eulenloch" in a quiet location with garden and garden house in a sea full of flowers. The Eulenloch is 14 square meters and can accommodate 2 guests. There is a covered terrace with a grill and seating. Here you can enjoy the view over the wide valley, to the Steinhuder Meer. The Eulenloch is separated from our Eulennest by a hallway. Both apartments have separate entrances, but share a common house access.

*Glamping* on a country estate (yurt)

At the foot of the Wiehen Hills, under trees, directly on a small stream is the 800 m², completely fenced property. You use this property all to yourselves. The glamping tent is decorated with warm colors, a large bed, lots of cuddly pillows, blankets, bedside tables, lamps and a nice sitting area. In front of the tent is a small campfire place. Under the large weeping willow you will find a romantic sitting area with a grill.

Circus wagon on the alpaca pasture - pure relaxation!

At Alpakahof Strange, we live with many animals on an old farmstead from 1848. The Lower Saxony hall house is still in its original condition in some parts and exudes the charm of a long-gone rural tradition. In the pasture behind the farmhouse stands the spacious circus wagon. The wagon shares the pasture with our llamas and alpacas, who graze and rest there during the day. Pure relaxation!
