Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bad Soden-Salmünster

Simply a unique experience - absolutely recommended! Whether with friends or family – our group had a really great time in this extraordinary accommodation! We had the entire property to ourselves: our own little pub (!), a huge kitchen with a large pizza oven (and in each apartment, an additional small kitchen), a cozy dining room with a long table for social evenings and a beautiful courtyard, perfect for grilling. The amenities really leave nothing to be desired - everything you need was there (and more). Everything is lovingly furnished and super well maintained. A big thank you also to the hosts - friendly, warm and helpful. You can tell right away: here, the culture of hospitality is lived with passion. We will be back for sure!

This is an adorable cottage managed by lovely people. Thanks to Stephen, his partner, and his mother for their gracious hospitality! I am very grateful. This is a historic half-timber home with wood floors and stairs, high upstairs ceilings, and an updated interior. We found the bedding comfortable with bedroom blinds adjustable for sleep promotion, kitchen and bathrooms clean and stocked, patio delightful with sun and bird songs, and overall decor attractive and soothing. The air temperature is adjustable in the bedrooms and living room with both cooling and heating options. The coffee maker is a Nespresso type, and we appreciated the basketful of coffee pods and bottle of wine upon entry! This home is in a peaceful and safe location behind a locked gate with both the owner and the owner's mother to each side. The S-Bahn stop is a short walk away and will take you to central Frankfurt including Romer (download the RMVgo app to buy and load train tickets).

Very nice house with sauna in the basement. We immediately felt at home, the house is so cozy! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms have many nice details, decorations and the view from the living room is wonderful! The sauna area is also well thought out, very relaxing, and the sauna is hot! The hosts are very friendly and helpful if you need anything. We stayed 3 nights and would like to stay longer, the house is just great!

Everything was perfect for us, a very well-kept, lovingly furnished house with a fantastic garden. The house and the garden invite you to linger. In the area you can do many great hikes. Annette always responds very quickly and kindly. Thank you for having us as your guests.

A great house, a quiet location. Perfect for up to 10 guests. The space is there. The check-in worked wonderfully, the communication from the host was fast and reliable. He makes a friendly impression. The house really has everything you need. The garden is huge and everything is very well maintained. We can't wait for the next visit.

The house is cozy, offers plenty of space and everything you need is available. On the first evening, the stove warmed us with a wood fire. The oversized blankets in the bed were also pleasant. We felt completely comfortable.

The place is exquisite. It's beautifully arranged furnishings give a warm and welcoming impression. I sense a woman's hand was in the design and decor. Alex and Patricia were really helpful providing maps and directions around the city. This was extremely useful in getting us to the cobbled streets of the old town. At first the issue of parking for me was confusing, but Alex explained everything. Great place to stay and great value for money. 👍

The apartment is modern, quiet and beautifully furnished. The parking space is worth gold and the communication with Isolde was flawless. I can definitely recommend the apartment.

Our hosts Lara and Chris were super friendly and helpful. The garden and the extensive grounds with a large number of trees and a lot of birdsong were particularly special. Those arriving by car should not have a fear of heights and claustrophobia on the road. (In Ortenberg, the place is on the mountain ;-) ) Apartment and view of Ortenberg Breathtaking and awesome. Highly recommended for holidaymakers in Hesse, excursionists to the Vogelsberg and Niddastausee. And what I particularly liked was the personal key handover and also delivery instead of this number lock key case.

If you are ever in this Area don't think twice about booking this amazing Apartment in Rosbach vor der Höhe. Just go ahead and make the booking. I highly reccommend this beautiful 10/10 apartment. The Hosts Gudrun and Benjamin were really friendly and made us feel right at home. Everything is spanking clean and the apartment was not missing a single thing. I will definitely be coming back.

This year, we also stayed at Angelika and Axel's and felt very comfortable. For us, the location is perfect and we will definitely stay there again next year ☺️

Wonderful apartment. Everything as described. We had a language barrier, but nothing stood in the way of exchanging a few courtesies between us. The apartment has many more amenities than those listed in the advertisement. I definitely recommend it.
