The beautiful half-timbered towns of Witzenhausen and Hann. Münden are only 10 km away. Likewise, our little ones (and big ones) can expect an enchanting old-fashioned/modern original amusement park.

Wir leben auf dem Land mit viel Grün und frischer Luft, freiem Geist und sind offen für Gäste. Das Backhaus mit traditioneller Einrichtung, Holzofen, Schlafboden und ganz zeitvergessener Behaglichkeit liegt separat auf dem Grundstück. Neben dem Wohnhaus (40m entf.)befindet sich das moderne Badehaus zur ausschließlichen Nutzung unserer Gäste. In unserem Haus wird viel gelesen, philosophiert, guter Wein getrunken und sich um das Wesentliche im Leben gekümmert, Reduktion pur! Abenteuer statt Luxus.

Der rote Bauwagen am Dorfrand bietet Behaglichkeit für deine Auszeit. Zeit zum Runterzukommen und um das einfache Leben in der Natur zu genießen. Schöne Wanderwege laden zum Entdecken ein. Hügel, Seen oder Wälder - du wählst. Der Bauwagen hält alles für eine entspannte Atmosphäre bereit: Waschtisch, Herdplatte, Kühlschrank. Im Doppelbett 1,40 cm oder auf dem gemütlichen Sofa kannst du dich erholen. Im Winter duschst du in unserer separaten Ferienwohnung warm. Der Holzofen hält dich warm.

The annex was completely expanded in 2019. It has become a real gem and we are pleased to offer this modern guest apartment in a prime location. In the immediate vicinity is the swimming lake at the leisure center, but Lake Werra is also just a short walk away. On the way there is an EDEKA supermarket. And the city center of Eschwege can also be reached in 25 minutes on foot. Around Grebendorf there are a number of hiking and cycling trails.

Vacation in the countryside

On our listed 300 year old farm we offer: two separate apartments for 4 people each, with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with two floors each and about 50 sqm. We are located in the Südeichsfeld, a gentle low-mountain landscape. Nature and surroundings invite you to hike or cycle. Draisine riding, visiting castles, climbing forest, visiting the Worbis Bear Park or excursions to nearby half-timbered towns are popular excursion destinations.

The cottage is quietly located between pasture and the edge of the forest, right by the Hoher Meissner hiking area. 7.5 km from the Heilbad Sooden-Allendorf an der Werra. On 60 m² there are two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a cozy fireplace and sofa bed as well as a well-equipped kitchen and shower room. Hello, in our guest house there is a ground-level apartment with: wide doors, double bed (accessible from each side), walk-in shower, raised toilet, handles, sitting area and a pantry kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots, etc. are available). If necessary, we will gladly provide 1 crib and 1 high chair. The whole area is approx. 30 square meters. Parking is possible right outside the front door.

Welcome to our lovingly furnished apartment in a rural area. Come to relax in the countryside in the beautiful town of Arenshausen. The edge of the forest is only about 100 meters away and invites you to take long walks. Furthermore, we often have various animals on the farm or the adjacent pasture, with which you can make acquaintance. There is also a train station, a bakery and a supermarket within a few minutes' walk.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
