we had a very nice stay. the location is perfect everything is within walking distance. Claire is an extremely pleasant and very responsive host. Small downside for the bells every morning of the church. We didn't have the information, it can be inconvenient.

Everything that was said in the previous positive comments and that made me choose this accommodation was verified. Sylvie is welcoming, the accommodation is practical, clean, quiet. It's a little out of the way, but actually only a 15-minute walk from the historic center, with a Carrefour City and a bakery nearby. And significantly cheaper than housing in the city center. I recommend this accommodation and thank Sylvie for her hospitality.

One of the best resorts I've had with my kids! There is nothing missing from this real concrete earth oasis where you can come with your hands in your pockets and eyes closed. An ideal setting, where calm is only broken by the sound of birds and surfing! Responsive hosts and immeasurable kindness! 🥰We will come🥰

Stay that matched the description in every way and very easy communication with Jean Jacques. Clean, equipped accommodation, and close to everything I needed during the stay. The only downside, and Jean Jacques is not to blame, was the disrespectful behavior of the neighbors during my stay. The walls are not very thick and the people staying above while I was there, obviously like to shout absolutely everything and insult each other. In short, bring earplugs in case you're unlucky like me...

Everything was perfectly fine. Natalie and the caretaker were very friendly. The accommodation offers the best view of the harbor!!! We felt very comfortable. The kitchen had everything (incl. oils and spices) that you need for cooking. The beds were comfortable. The way to the city was 5 minutes on foot. In contrast to other reviews, we found the caretaker to be a nice, kind person who was always helpful to us with questions. Natalie was also always very easy to reach. The Internet speed was also top-notch, with over 250MB / sec. :) with the appropriate hardware! Great if you want to work on the go. We will definitely be back. A very bright, functional and nicely decorated apartment with a ground floor and small well-secured garden. The maintenance is optimal and the amenities well thought out. Bedding and sofa bed are also very comfortable. A charming, particularly peaceful town, just steps from the sea, with beautiful hiking trails. Claire is absolutely charming, responsive and attentive to her tenants.

The house feels like a home, it has everything for a good stay. We were able to use the laundry room and the patio is fantastic. Everything is within walking distance and there is a place to park at the door. Highly recommended stay!

Small apartment ideal for holidays, a few steps from the beach, sea view. Well furnished, clean. Bernard is responsive and pleasant. We had a great time in Sarzeau. Only downside, tired vacuum cleaner so difficult to return the apartment without any dog hair.

Clean and functional apartment. Close pier to Île aux Monines within walking distance, and 15 min from Vannes. Out of season for the pool, we couldn't test. Warm welcome to the residence, and thank you for the board game loan!
