Holiday rentals with a patio in Bagnoregio

We had a wonderful time in this fantastically located apartment! The house is wonderfully quiet with a Tuscan postcard view - a real highlight, especially by the pool. After a small start-up hitch (half as wild and quickly clarified), we got exactly the apartment we had booked - and it absolutely matched the description. The hosts were super warm, helpful and always trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We especially enjoyed the optional Italian breakfast - delicious, lovingly made and with a lot of charm. Perfect location to explore the surroundings, from small villages to larger cities everything was easily accessible. A great place to relax and enjoy - we will be happy to come back!

We stayed at the apartment Luca's and everything was just great! The apartment is cozy, clean, equipped in a quiet place – ideal for relaxing on Lake Bolsena. Very convenient – just down the stairs is a great restaurant with delicious food and friendly staff. Just a few steps and can swim in the lake – the water is clean and the environment is very calm and the environment is very calm. We also rented a boat to drive ourselves – a very fun experience! We also visited the spectacular "dead city" in Civita di Bagnoregio nearby – definitely worth seeing. Luca was a very helpful and communicative host – everything went smoothly from start to finish. I definitely recommend and would love to come back ourselves.

House Uliviu was a great accommodation, spacious and clean. When we needed something, we were immediately helped. The location was ideal to visit the most beautiful sights, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... From the cottage, you have beautiful cycling and hiking routes. Supermarket in Marsciano nearby. What makes the house so attractive is the beautiful and large swimming pool with a beautiful view over the valley and hills. You will find complete peace here. We met the whole family, sympathetic and warm. Interesting also to listen to their stories. Tommaso's grandparents live on site, which is what an active grandmother says. We had a great stay here, and would definitely come back. The apartment is modern and spacious, but the star is the rooftop terrace with stunning views. Leonardo was always easy to reach.

We had an amazing stay as part of our honeymoon. Our host Robbie went above and beyond any expectations we had! He was happy for us to contact him at any point during our stay, and checked in via message to see if we needed anything or to go anywhere. The apartment was spotless and the terrace was superb - we made full use of it during our stay (even watching a thunderstorm from the cosy shelter of the pergola!). The apartment is a short distance from the mini metro, which made getting into the old town easy. Robbie collected us from the airport at the start and even drove us to collect our hire car and speak to the receptionist there to make sure everything was perfect! He also have us recommendations for places to go and to restaurants in the area.

A peaceful and beautiful location with the kindest host. We will definitely be going back and cannot recommend the place highly enough. We spent many wonderful hours lounging by the pool and dining on the lovely terrace. Thank you!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Collepino is a small, historic, quiet village, and the house is in the centre, near the restaurant and bar/cafe. It is very peaceful, great for relaxing after exploring nearby historic towns (eg Spello and Assisi), or immersing yourself in nature hiking/biking the many trails on Mt Subasio. (note - at this time of year the restaurant was only open Fri/Sat/Sun and the bar/cafe did not open every day). Alessio is a superb host. He met us personally and introduced us to the house. The information provided re recommendations, and things to do, is the most comprehensive we have experienced in any Airbnb. He is very friendly, responive, and proactive too. Like many historic, small villages/towns in Italy, it is not possible to park your car at the property. However, there is plenty of free public parking nearby, we didn't have a problem. Thank you Alessio, we had a great stay.

Except for the communication being a little disappointing (this can also be communicated through the translator), it was really the best accommodation. I want to give a perfect score to everything from the location to the host. Our honeymoon was perfect because of the fantastic scenery and the warm and considerate kind diva. It's too far, but if I get the chance, I definitely want to come back. We express our respect, gratitude, and admiration to Diva for giving us the best experience. You are truly the best, Diva!

Great communication, very convenient location of the villa that, however, maintains privacy and tranquility. There are all the amenities you need for a multi-day stay. Experience to repeat!!

Apartment was centrally located in the town. Very walkable to shops and restaurants. Beautiful sunrises through bedroom window. Very responsive hosts, especially with getting to the apartment from the train station (no Uber or taxi services when we arrived, so my advice is to get off at the previous stop if coming from Florence or make advance taxi arrangements). The hosts were very helpful and called their go-to cab driver. Beautiful with town and can’t wait to return!

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

Really gorgeous apartment that is well appointed and comfortable. Bathrooms have huge showers which can be hard to find in Europe, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the views from the balcony are gorgeous. Also very convenient to be able to do laundry on a long trip with the washer and dryer. Highly recommend for families or groups of friends who might want a nice place to gather and spend some nights in cooking and socializing. Town is charming and has good restaurants and coffee bars. The surrounding countryside is beautiful!

Our stay at Charming Castle was wonderful and relaxing after sightseeing in Rome for a few days first. Perfect pool for the kids, very peaceful and quiet. Apartment was well stocked and cosy and the caretaker Nazarene was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment in a peaceful location. The house was very nice and well furnished. Martina (the host) has been very proactive in providing us all the necessary furnitures for the baby (baby seat and coat) and other info to check in and moving around the area. Recommended!

Lovely place, surrounded by nature, apartment with all comforts, everything very well cared for even in the details. But the strong point is Anna who pampered us with her attentions and delicacies. An "old-fashioned" hospitality that made our stay, albeit short, unforgettable!!!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful flat and had everything we needed. The flat was clean, comfortable and cosy. . There was an issue with the internet connection but since we were outside most of the day, it wasn't that important this time. Definitely the right decision for a couple. I was in contact with Federica more than six months before arrival. She helped me with questions I had about the environment, was interested and was pleasant even though I flooded her with a lot of questions all the time she answered kindly and quickly. The night before we came, I asked if there was an iron in the apartment. Since there wasn't one, and Frederica understood that it was important to me, she went and bought one. In the refrigerator, eggs, milk, and even avocados awaited us. There was a tea, a butter and bread fight. Quality bath soaps and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. She was really waiting for us to come.
