Holiday rentals with a patio in Bagnoregio

We ended our Italy vacation in Spello and this was the perfect place to relax and reorganize while we enjoyed the surroundings and beauty of Umbria. Unique interior and roomy enough to spread out and still keep the interior tidy and comfortable. Argen and Wendy were very responsive and provided information when we needed it. We would love to come back!

We had a wonderful time in this fantastically located apartment! The house is wonderfully quiet with a Tuscan postcard view - a real highlight, especially by the pool. After a small start-up hitch (half as wild and quickly clarified), we got exactly the apartment we had booked - and it absolutely matched the description. The hosts were super warm, helpful and always trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We especially enjoyed the optional Italian breakfast - delicious, lovingly made and with a lot of charm. Perfect location to explore the surroundings, from small villages to larger cities everything was easily accessible. A great place to relax and enjoy - we will be happy to come back!

We stayed at the apartment Luca's and everything was just great! The apartment is cozy, clean, equipped in a quiet place – ideal for relaxing on Lake Bolsena. Very convenient – just down the stairs is a great restaurant with delicious food and friendly staff. Just a few steps and can swim in the lake – the water is clean and the environment is very calm and the environment is very calm. We also rented a boat to drive ourselves – a very fun experience! We also visited the spectacular "dead city" in Civita di Bagnoregio nearby – definitely worth seeing. Luca was a very helpful and communicative host – everything went smoothly from start to finish. I definitely recommend and would love to come back ourselves.

We loved our stay at Marco’s. The cottage, pool, location were wonderful and the views amazing. Perfect way to end our vacation. Very thoughtful with snacks and drinks provided. .

House Uliviu was a great accommodation, spacious and clean. When we needed something, we were immediately helped. The location was ideal to visit the most beautiful sights, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... From the cottage, you have beautiful cycling and hiking routes. Supermarket in Marsciano nearby. What makes the house so attractive is the beautiful and large swimming pool with a beautiful view over the valley and hills. You will find complete peace here. We met the whole family, sympathetic and warm. Interesting also to listen to their stories. Tommaso's grandparents live on site, which is what an active grandmother says. Great accommodation in a beautiful location. Paolo is a wonderful host and gave us very nice tips about what to do in this area. We really enjoyed the time :)

We had an amazing stay as part of our honeymoon. Our host Robbie went above and beyond any expectations we had! He was happy for us to contact him at any point during our stay, and checked in via message to see if we needed anything or to go anywhere. The apartment was spotless and the terrace was superb - we made full use of it during our stay (even watching a thunderstorm from the cosy shelter of the pergola!). The apartment is a short distance from the mini metro, which made getting into the old town easy. Robbie collected us from the airport at the start and even drove us to collect our hire car and speak to the receptionist there to make sure everything was perfect! He also have us recommendations for places to go and to restaurants in the area.

A peaceful and beautiful location with the kindest host. We will definitely be going back and cannot recommend the place highly enough. We spent many wonderful hours lounging by the pool and dining on the lovely terrace. Thank you!

What a beautiful place and a wonderful host! We had a relaxing and peaceful start to our trip to Italy staying in this terrific home in Collepino! Allessio shared so much helpful information and even created sightseeing itinerary options for us. The cooking class and dinner he arranged with a local chef was a highlight of our trip! I highly recommend this location and host! (Just be aware that the restaurant and bar in Collepino are not open every day and there is no market in the village. Eat and shop in Spello on the way up to Collepino. Spello is a beautiful and wonderful town!

Except for the communication being a little disappointing (this can also be communicated through the translator), it was really the best accommodation. I want to give a perfect score to everything from the location to the host. Our honeymoon was perfect because of the fantastic scenery and the warm and considerate kind diva. It's too far, but if I get the chance, I definitely want to come back. We express our respect, gratitude, and admiration to Diva for giving us the best experience. You are truly the best, Diva!

Great communication, very convenient location of the villa that, however, maintains privacy and tranquility. There are all the amenities you need for a multi-day stay. Experience to repeat!!

Our stay in Pitigliano was incredible! Check-in was super easy, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful—guiding us with parking, luggage, and making sure we felt right at home. They even recommended the BEST restaurant in town! After two weeks in Italy, I can confidently say this charming city had the best service, most welcoming staff, and hands down the most delicious food—those sausages were unforgettable! There was a bit of noise in the master bedroom since the wall connects to the restaurant next door, but thankfully the apartment had a second bedroom where we could place our light-sleeping toddler, and it worked out perfectly. Pitigliano is such a unique gem, and our stay made it even more memorable. Highly recommend!

Apartment was centrally located in the town. Very walkable to shops and restaurants. Beautiful sunrises through bedroom window. Very responsive hosts, especially with getting to the apartment from the train station (no Uber or taxi services when we arrived, so my advice is to get off at the previous stop if coming from Florence or make advance taxi arrangements). The hosts were very helpful and called their go-to cab driver. Beautiful with town and can’t wait to return!

I have stayed at 50+ AirBnB and this was my all time favourite. Imagine staying within a castle, with an adjacent church, a great pool and the most fabolous views of the umbrian country side. Not to forget the best equipped kitchen and the best care taker Nazareno. And an actual fresco in the bedroom! Cant recommend this place enough.

Beautiful place! Super cozy and clean apartment! Anna welcomed us with a welcome basket with some products from the farm. Always clean pool, well-kept lawn. We ate eggs from his hens and zucchini from his garden. 5 minutes away, a well-stocked coop for any need. We woke up to the sound of birds... a truly relaxing and regenerating weekend. We will definitely be back!!!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful flat and had everything we needed. The flat was clean, comfortable and cosy. . There was an issue with the internet connection but since we were outside most of the day, it wasn't that important this time. Definitely the right decision for a couple. We will be glad to come back. Thanks!

Elisa’s place was fab! She was very responsive on messages and even helped us arrange a taxi with one of the local taxi providers. We were left with a bottle of wine, however unfortunately we didn’t drink due to being out of the apartment mainly at a wedding. The place is stunning and literally a stones throw from the main Panicale square. Would definitely recommend
