We were there over Christmas and New Year's Eve… The small Ligurian house corresponds exactly to the description… it is nice, but a bit narrow and the steep stairs sometimes annoying. .. Unfortunately, the parking lot is also a bit far away and quite full even in the winter season. Roberta is very friendly and helpful. She personally welcomed us very warmly with numerous gifts and took a lot of time for our briefing. Also, when there were problems with the water later in the evening, she immediately stepped in and fixed the problem quickly… Many thanks to Roberta for her friendly and helpful care and for the pleasant stay. Even though the beach is a bit far away, the house is a gem! We wish you all the best for the New Year! Gabi and Falko

5-10 minute walk to beach from house and even has private parking. Was perfect four our group of 5 adults. Balcony and all the windows made the space really bright and comfortable. Would stay again
