The lovely veranda expands the living space, and the view is unique. Right next to the cottage, the gate provides access to the forest and heath of the Drentsche Aa, a magical atmosphere. The apartment "Inn Ghestre" is located in the middle of Drentsche Aa National Park. Experience the breathtaking nature of this unique nature reserve with its heathlands, flocks of sheep, foxes, Scottish highlanders and the many hiking and biking trails. Upon returning to the apartment, you can relax on your own terrace or in the cozy living room. Zuidlaren (5 km), Assen (10 km) and Groningen (25 km) are easily accessible by car, bicycle and public transport (100 meters away). Quality and service are important to us.

In a beautiful nature reserve and within walking distance of swimming lakes Gasselterveld/'t Nije Hemelriek, our recently modernized vacation home is located in a quiet bungalow park and offers a lot of privacy with sunny and shady spots. To relax, there is a 3-person massage Jacuzzi under the veranda. The deposit for our house is €250. The area is ideal for peace seekers, hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers. In our beautiful fenced private garden, you will enjoy the many bird species.

Our B&B offers you a spacious apartment (45m2), lockable, on the 1st floor with private entrance. This makes contactless stays possible. Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.

It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.

Guesthouse Ekehaar

Lovely, bright space with French doors facing south. Natural materials, such as clay and wood, have been used. Furthermore, there is a wood stove to heat the cottage and there is a boiler for the hot water. Everything is provided, from bedding to tea towel, from frying pan to hand blender. You can take beautiful walks from the cottage, e.g. the eight of Amen or to the Balloërveld near Rolde.
