Clean, quiet and well-stocked condo. The bathrooms and kitchen are dated, but everything works, and we were able to cook several meals there. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony.

Our stay at Alexandra's was truly exceptional and completely exceeded all my expectations. The listing promised a peaceful, relaxing, and restful experience, and it delivered on every single count. Everything was meticulously maintained and exactly as depicted in the photos and description. If you're looking for a place to disconnect and find tranquility, look no further, truly. The condo was very clean and spacious for 3 guests. I loved that I could see the ocean while in the kitchen. The beach access was great. There is a separate key to get into the pool area or back from the beach. The gate into the pool area was tricky and I had to play with the key for a bit before I could get it to unlatch each time. Because they take sea turtle nesting seriously, this made a late check in a bit tricky. The complex advises guests to turn off lights or close blinds at 9. This made for a VERY dark complex upon our arrival with red lighting in the parking garages. Once we figured out our bearings, it was fine after that. Not a lot of entertainment in the area. A lot of things close by 10pm. The condo is in good condition with one bathroom and the kitchen being upgraded with granite. The other bathroom is a little outdated but very clean and spacious. Some of the other complex areas are a bit outdated. Overall, the complex was safe and clean and I would recommend it!

The vacation condo is really nice and cozy. The condo is nicely decorated and it matches the pictures that are included on the listing. My family and I felt right at home. The living room and kitchen has a great amount of comfortable seating. The master bathroom was amazing with two showers. Both bathrooms had candles for the guests to light if wanted, making the bathrooms relaxing lol. The condo building and parking garage was easy to enter and maneuver around. Great location for visiting Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. JJ is an awesome host and he replied to our questions within 5-10 minutes each time we asked something. Check-in and check-out instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. We would love to stay again next time we come to the area!

The house in Cocoa Beach is stunning. The pool was great and it was so nice to be right on the water. The house is beautifully decorated. Huge shower in the primary bath. Gorgeous sitting room and dinning room. Had everything we need for the long weekend. Grocery store is nearby and we had dinner at a local seafood restaurant as well. We had intended to go out shopping, sightseeing and to the beach, but it was so nice and relaxing, we spent most of the time out at the pool. I would definitely stay here again, if I am in the area. Plenty of room for multiple guests or your family. Kayaks and paddle boards are there for your use. Just a perfect place for our friends get together. Book this, you won’t be disappointed. Our host communicated well and checked in to see if we needed anything. Very responsive.

This property was a true gem. My family from ages 10 months to 78 years, as well as pups, loved the space. It was so quiet and peaceful yet convenient to everything. Manatees, dolphins, gorgeous decor, high end appliances, and an outdoor oasis made our stay amazing. Thank you.

Perfect location directly at the Pier, very clean and well equipped

This is our second time staying at this property and plan to return. Ideal location with the beach, restaurant, food shopping everything you could want within a few minute drive. All while being in a quiet and private neighborhood. The pool is awesome for the family and enjoy evenings sitting on the dock watching the sunset. We even saw the manatees were back. Charity is very responsive and can answer any questions. Professional and courteous, highly recommend. Highly recommend

This place is amazing! We had the best time on our family spring break! Morning coffees on the deck while watching dolphins, manatee, sting ray and ducks were a family favorite. We kayaked almost everyday and were treated to dolphin sightings and the most picture perfect sunsets. We were lucky enough to see FOUR space launches! You are a quick walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Thank you, Heather, for a fantastic experience and the perfect family getaway!

I usually have some fair, constructive criticism for Airbnbs we've stayed at. This may be the 1st time where I have nothing but positive things to say. The property was great. Everything was clean, clearly labeled, and the host provided everything we needed for a fun stay. They were responsive to any questions we might have, and the directions/rules were easy to follow. Depending on what you are looking for, the beach "might" be a bit far of a walk, but we knew the location going in. The provided bikes made it a quick trip and there was public parking/access very close so a quick drive..and there were always available spots at the time we went. The outdoor back area was so nice we almost had to tear ourselves away from it. We saw manatees and dolphins swim within a few feet of the back dock, which was pretty cool. It was great, clean, peaceful place to hang out. The pool and hot tub were awesome as well. The interior of the property had everything we needed. Highly Recommended.

Conveniently located near the beach and walking distance to a variety of food places. Beautiful view of the beach and clear view of the launch that occurred on our last day. She texted to give us a heads up of the launch so that was above and beyond. The unit was very clean, well stocked and organized. Great host and she provided immediate response to any questions we had. Thank you.

We really enjoyed staying at Cheryl’s place. It was very clean and comfortable. The beach was steps away and easily accessible. The patio space at the back of the building had plenty of lounge and rocking chairs. It was a nice place to sit and watch for dolphins in the evenings. We will definitely stay here again.

The host communicated well and very timely! The place was beautiful and the location was great. I was surprised at how much you could see in the canal! The whole experience was excellent and I will definitely be back!

My husband and I love Cocoa Beach and especially loved the location of this unit. Very convenient to walk to bars and restaurants to enjoy live entertainment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jeanne’s condo in Cocoa Beach. It was very clean, comfortable, and just steps to the beach! She supplied beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and even towels, just in case you forgot to pack necessities! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Jeanne!

We had a horrific dog friendly experience stay several months ago elsewhere, so was a bit worried! But the reviews and pictures of Michelles place looked good, but hard to recover from a bad rental experience. I would have to say her rental was so exceptional that I feel good again about renting from her again or others that rent to people with dogs. Just because I have dog or dogs doesn't mean I live in filth, and I could tell Michelle gets that! Her place was plenty big for the two of us with our dog and centrally located. I appreciated that she seemed to think of everything someone would need. The bed was comfortable as my back can give me issues at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this home away from home!

Went here for a work trip/ family trip. The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The views were great, loved how it felt so private with the pool and beach.
